Plan for a first anniversary gift to my brother and his wife

Aight so, there’ll be people who think: why are you giving them a gift on their wedding anniversary, those things are usually meant for the married couple themselves to give to eachother. And to that I say: Fuck ya thinking, I’m happy they finally got married because I knew right when I saw my new sister-in-law in class during high school (after I found out they were dating) that she was perfect for the bumbling, pizza tossing, idiot my brother was at the time. Like you could take a glance at them while they’re together and tell that they love each other. Okay, I’m starting to ramble, my apologies. Let’s get onto the details:

I’m going to animate memorable parts of their history together, probably in black n white, color, or hell even both! It’ll start with a music box version of their first dance song being gifted and opened by one of them; I found a cute version of the song before even thinking of putting it in the animation. As it plays for about 30 seconds, the actual video I found is 1 minute, it will fade into the actual song with smoke coming from the box basically showing off the memorable parts of the relationship, from a concert in 2014 to the surprise at the wedding ceremony, and then actually walking down the aisle. Just making it enough to where the song ends at the altar and goes back to the other half of the music box, smoke clearing and the couple smiling heads on their shoulders relaxing on a couch. Then fade to black with their wedding date on the screen before being blown away like dust.

I don’t even know why I’m telling y’all this. Maybe it’s so I have someone to hold me accountable? No idea. But I’m glad I got it off my chest, because once I can get my hands back on my sketchbooks and pencils I am gonna storyboard the everloving crap out of that and storyboard other stuff I’m to animate once I get back to campus with their awesome double monitor computers. And imma just say right now, I have been spoiled by those computers because it’s weird to go back to a laptop and not be able to drag anything I’m citing or using as a reference to the side and be able to see without clicking off of what I’m working on.

I don’t know if I’ll upload bits and pieces of it as I go, I’m not entirely sure yet. But I am determined to get it done in time for their first anniversary, which gives me literally a month and a half deadline starting the day after I move back onto campus.

Got some awesome bands that change color in sunlight. Forgot to take a picture earlier but definitely gonna buy these bands again for pens. Still don’t trust something that says “glow in the dark” because 90% of the time you can’t see jack shit. Or maybe that’s my eyes being fucky. Who knows. Anyways I’m gonna go to sleep after writing down ideas for pens and then coming up with a desc for each one. Proud of my hulk one, just wish i had more of that green in stock.

I hate to do this sort of thing, but if anyone diamond paints, would you please consider checking out my pen shop? Currently all I make are just grips that go on them for $3 a pen (material costs and time it takes to make factored in) but in due time I’ll try to expand what I create. This is mainly to help buy the required texts, computer programs, materials, etc. for my 3rd year of college.

You don’t even have to be a diamond painter to buy one, as it can be transferred to a pen or pencil for artists/other students out there. I just chose diamond painting pens because it’s easy to get them in kits and off Aliexpress.

And yes,I am aware there’s not much listed on the shop, I’ve been trying to come up with different ones at least once every other day in between wedding set ups and other odd jobs that I’ve taken up over the course of the past month.
