They are playing, milk is just insistent on telling sugar stories and having her listen. Which she probably doesn't mind. Probably just listening cause she got Bored of her sensory cube and See's a hollyberry doll.

I will say like I mention, shmilks relationship with her is still the same as when theyre big.

But! When he's little he definitely isn't hiding that he cares about the other beasts, so he definitely has a soft spot of eternal sugar even if she was regressed. If the baby was actually mad at him, he would be so devastated. That's his sister rather he's big or small and rather she's a baby today or not.

Would literally wake her up from a nap just to be annoying/cause he wants to play. Just for the next scene be him begging to feed her cause he wants to help care, to then crying when eternal sugar has to go home with hollyberry.

You can't convince me milk is a brat but also completly clingy and a love bug to those he hold dear.
