Only they got to a point that there were so many vids, they wanted to create central site to upload all the short vids to find and share them easier. They encrypt the site to hell and back because if this gets out it could be bad for the clones.
Only, Coruscant teens found the site. and then unencrypted it. and then shared it with everyone. All without the clones knowing so they just keep posting silly vines and unknowingly boost the public perception of clones across the republic. hell, across the galaxy.
