Season 1:
Pre crash:
Wesley, wasn’t exactly the brightest kid, he got C’s in school, forgot to return his library books on time, left his clothes on the floor, etc. he wasn’t perfect in the slightest, which, of course made him feel inferior to his older sister, Jackie. She was the golden child, and he was practically in her shadow. His parents didn’t mean to play favorites, but they definitely did at times.
Eventually Jackie’s started dating Jeff, which put the exception on him to get a girlfriend. But the problem was, he’s never exactly like-liked a girl, let alone had a crush on one, or anyone for that, he was just different. So what did he do? He asked one of his close friends, Alisa, to be his girlfriend, since she had almost the same experience as him. It was a mutual agreement.
Wesley would usually just stay in the library after school reading random comics they had, but if the library was too crowded, he’d just watch the girls play soccer, it was definitely boring at times, but he made sure to entertain himself while there.
Wesley did have some “friends” at school, one being from science and the other from lunch, except they didn’t really interact outside of school, and to be honest, Wesley did not like those boys. They were quite annoying and just your stereotypical high school boys, which was one of the reasons that led Wesley to hang out with Alisa more.
By the time the girls were getting ready for nationals, Wesley wasn’t exactly interested, he was actually relieved Jackie would be going, maybe he’d get the chance to impress his parents some, but then he thought about it for a bit, and thought “hey, if Jackie’s going and gonna do something cool, why can’t I?” So he begged his parents to let him tag along, thinking maybe, he could fine and do something cool there too. It was stupid, yes, but what did he have to lose?
Right after the crash:
Wesley wasn’t severely injured in the crash, just banged his knee and arm up badly enough for bandages, but it wasn’t too bad
After the plane had crashed, Wesley was going over all his life choices. “Why did I want to come?” “Why did I need to one-up her?” “Am I gonna die?” “Who even likes soccer??” And all that jazz. When the girls were making sure everyone was alive and okay, dealing with wounds, trying to find everyone, he didn’t really help, he was too caught up in his own emotions to do anything else.
He tried helping around with everyone, but he didn’t do well. He was not good at patching up wounds, or entertaining people so they wouldn’t freak out, best he was good at was maintaining a fire at night. So he just stuck back while the girls did all the work.
Wesley just kind of kept to himself that first bit, way too shook up at the moment, Jackie checked up on him every now and then, making sure he was okay. He was her younger brother after all, it was her job to care for him.
During the campfire, when everyone was spilling secrets, he told everyone that his relationship was fake, and that him and Alisa weren’t actually dating, they were just “together” for their parents.
Voted against the lake, thinking it would be better if they just stayed near the plane and waited for rescue
It wasn’t much of one, but the deaths from the plain crash did take a bit of a toll on him
Early wilderness:
decided not to swim in the lake, not wanting to get wet, or take off his shirt
When learning how to use a gun with everyone else, Wesley definitely took a shot at it (no pun intended ), but he was not that good at it
Not exactly helpful with stuff, he wasn’t even part of the team, and only really knew a few teammates, so why would he really help that much?
didn’t pay much attention to the seance, thought talking to and asking a dead guy questions was dumb and stupid
He mostly just stuck close to Jackie, hanging out with a few other teammates, and talking to Javi when bored
Decided to stay at the cabin rather than join Tai’s group. He’s read enough comics to know scenarios like this never went well, and he didn’t want to be a part of that
Immediately left the cabin when they were fixing up Van and her face, finding it gross and too gory for his liking
When Shauna reveals that she is pregnant, Wesley isn’t that surprised, and honestly doesn’t really care, thinking the baby would die pretty soon being out here if they weren’t rescued in time
He doesn’t quite think that Laura Lee could fix up the plane, let alone fly it, but he doesn’t really say anything, having a little hope for getting out of there
When the plane exploded and Laura Lee died in it, he didn’t exactly know how to feel. He didn’t know her too well, and didn’t care for her much, but she was friends with yellow jackets. He did feel some bit of remorse and sadness, but it wasn’t much
When it’s time for doom coming, he doesn’t exactly participate, finding it dumb and stupid (like everything else)
Wesley ended up just passed out by a bush while high. He ended up just wandering around, and just chilling there for a bit until he passed out
Ends up waking up when he hears the yelling and arguing of Jackie and Shauna
Wesley didn’t know who to side with during the argument. On one hand, Jackie was his sister, but on the other hand, Jackie was his sister. When she went to sleep outside, he ultimately decided to just let her calm down, and he’d talk to her in the morning
When they wake up and find Jackie’s corpse, he’s immediately swarmed with a handful of emotions. Horror, seeing his sister’s dead body in the snow. Guilt, for not going out there and talking to her, to get her back in the cabin. And anger/hatred, at Shauna for causing this whole situation to happen

Lore and whatnot —————————————
Season 1:
Pre crash:
Megan was never really the social butterfly, she was always cooped up in her room , or in the backyard reading, or doing anything to be alone, as she didn’t really like people. Because of this, her foster family eventually forced her to join a school sports team, hoping she’d get out of the house more often and actually make friends
When she first joined the Yellowjackets, she didn’t exactly talk to many of her teammates, just small talk every now and then. Eventually she did end up becoming friends with some, those being Akilah, (I’m thinking maybe Robin?), and Jodie
Megan didn’t really want to attend the pre-crash party, since, it was a party. But then again, her teammates would be there, and it would be rude not to go, so she did go, but didn’t talk much while there
She didn’t have any alcohol during the party, her foster mother drinks a lot, and she just didn’t want to be like her
Right after the crash:
When the plane had crashed, Megan had just gone into shock, she could barely move, could barely think, breathe even. She had barely got out of the plane before the electrical fire, the good thing is that she was barely injured, just a few scrapes and bruises, maybe a few burns as well
At first, she didn’t really know what to do, but once Misty took charge and started getting people to help others, she immediately jumped in to help her team and make sure they were okay
Didn’t reveal anything when the others were spilling secrets, as her life wasn’t that interesting, and she didn’t have a secret that would crash a plane
Voted with everybody else in the lake trek, thinking it would be a good idea
Early wilderness:
Didn’t swim in the lake, just decided to sit back and watch everyone else
She tried to use the gun, but sadly couldn’t, and just wasn’t that well
During the seance, she asked the dead guy “will my foster family actually get the dog they promised me last year?”
Mostly, besides doing tasks, she just talked to her close friends, thinking “if I’m gonna be stranded out here for a bit, why not actually have real conversations with people?”
very conflicted on whether or not she should join Taissa’s group, but ultimately decides to, hoping they could find something and get out of there
When they got back to the cabin and had to fix up Van’s face, she tried her best to stay with her and provide a bit of comfort, but there were definitely some points where she wanted to vomit
When Shauna reveals that she’s pregnant, Meg is taken aback, not knowing what and how Shauna and everyone else will take care of a baby out here, especially if they don’t get rescued in time
Doesn’t think it’s a good idea for Laura Lee to fly the plane, she doesn’t want to risk her life and end up having another teammate hurt
When the plane explodes, she’s swarmed with a ton of emotions. No, she wasn’t that close with Laura Lee, but Meg cared for her, and Laura Lee cared for her as well
With all these deaths, it definitely took a toll on Megan and her mental health, reminding her of her dead family, and how she had to live with foster families. Megan still hopes they can make it home, but with all these deaths, it seems like that won’t be the case
Megan didn’t participate in the assault during doom coming, instead she was just in the woods trying to find Jodie, since she saw her wander off and thought “where’s she off to?” Eventually finds Jodie freaking out, and muttering about ‘the rain’ and tries to calm her down, but she wasn’t the best at it. Eventually they find their way back to the cabin, holding hands so the don’t get lost
During the fight, Meg didn’t know who to side with, finding it all crazy and to hard to comprehend. But that could also be because she was still a little high
Not only is she surprised at the snow, but she is also horrified at Jackie’s dead corpse laying in the snow. She couldn’t believe anything that was happening, but all she knew was that they weren’t getting out of here, and things were just gonna go downhill the longer they stayed
