Nutrition: 7/10 Breakfast - 2 fried eggs and a little vanilla yogurt Lunch - half a can of tuna made into sweet chili lettuce wraps Dinner - old family casserole Snack - Celery & a cookiea n creme cupcake 😊 Exercise: 10/10 30 minute upper body workout that I crushed followed by a 30 minute yoga workout that I also slayed.
