spent my third leviticus rewatch thinking about hunter. He makes me so sad. his face is so blank in every scene; he’s closing himself off from everything in the process of refusing to face the fact that he’s gay, as he shoves it deep down within himself. “stop what?” They only throw things, nothing else. Every night, not that anyone will believe him. In the basketball scene, when he sees his mom his stance looks exactly like naim’s throughout the film. He’s even wearing a blocky windbreaker, zipped all the way up. (when naim outs him and ryan, he’s only wearing a tshirt, even though it is pouring rain.)
