My headcanon for each protagonists feelings for the support cast? Sure, that sounds fun!
Kazuma:
He hangs out alot with Tanya's Battalion, it's nice to have some male friends after you've been stuck with those 3 from his party.
Although he doesn't interact much with the Re:zero cast, he finds Emilias voice weirdly familiar...
Despite being scared as hell of the Overlord crew, he actually interacts alot with Demiurge, since they are both in the same club.
Ainz:
He doesn't interact much with others, mostly because his appearance intimidates most of them (but also because he's too anxious)
Surprisingly enough, Emila is one of the few he interacts with, since she's class president and he's the vice.
The Konosuba gang reminds him alot of his old friends. Seeing a group of idiots arguing while still being friends is nostalgic...
Tanya:
She admires and respects the Overlord cast, especially Demiurge and Albedo. Though she and demiurge can talk just fine, Albedo isn't so open to the idea.
Surprisingly, she spends alot of time with the Konosuba gang. She sees it as a personal challenge to improve them.
Although she respects her, she actually dislikes Emilia, finding her too naive and inexperienced. He would much rather hang out with Beatrice.
Subaru:
Being the friendly guy he is, he actually manages to befriend most of cast, with only the Overlord crew being the exception.
Similar to Kazuma and Emila, he finds Megumin voice to be weird familiar... It's probably just a coincidence.
Also, unlike Kazuma who spends most of his time with the other male characters, he actually mostly interacts with the female cast.
