After unpacking once you had a full blown conversation with your new roommate, Isagi, you finally laid on your new comfortable bed! It was such a good sleep, so so good that someone just HAD to spam your phone and wake you up. You felt like throwing your phone across the room, but in reality you wouldn't do that to your precious phone. So you had no choice but to answer. You slowly sat up, brows furrowing as you blinked, looking around as if you were confused to where you just woke up. The stupid damn phone started ringing. You snatched it in frustration before answering. "What the hell do you want?" You said in annoyance and exhaustion. "Y/n, where the fuck are you? You're supposed to be at the beach here!" Chigiri's voice seeped into the speakers of your phone. "Huh? Chigiri, what-" You got cut off by cackling in the background, Chigiri's voice sounding a bit far as he pulled his phone away from his ear to yell. "You guys are letting sand go onto the food!!" He then paid his attention back to you. "The campfire, Y/n! The fucking campfire, for gods sake." Huh?! What campfire?! You never agreed onto that! "Wha- wait huh?!" You blurted out as you were finally fully awake, but at what cost? You felt like you were hearing nonsense. "God this damn slug." Chigiri spoke through gritted teeth as he spoke to himself. "Just- oh my god, just get your damn bikini on and get over here! I'm not wasting the stupid smoothie that I got you, so hurry. it. UP." The call dropped after Chigiri finished speaking. Oh god, don't tell me Otoya said you were going to the campfire event tonight! You didn't even agree to this!
"HAH! YA GOT YER ASS DROP KICKED!" Karasu said out loud, laughing with no care at all as Otoya fell off his surfboard, rising back up from the water. Kenyu was in the water next to Otoya, laughing a bit along with Karasu. "He only got distracted by the girls nearby, give him a break, Karasu." Otoya pushed his hair back as he rose up from under the water. "Oh shut up you two. I wasn't looking at anyone, shitty minion." Kenyu only smiled and pushed his wet brown locks back from his forehead. Chigiri and Kunigami were both sitting on the sand around the campfire. "This ones good to go. You wanna eat it?" Kunigami gruffly asked the redhead next to him as he looked at him, holding up a perfect marshmallow that was on his stick. Chigiri was annoyed by having to call Y/n, but it all slowly disappeared when he looked back at Kunigami. He glances at the marshmallow before nodding. "Yeah." As he was handed the stick, fingers brushing against each other, he spoke up. "How'd you effortlessly get it so pretty?" Chigiri asked as he gazed at the marshmallow on the stick in hand before looking back at Kunigami. Kunigami stayed quiet before grabbing another marshmallow and poking a new stick into it. "Same answer for how you look effortlessly pretty." He mumbles, but Chigiri caught up on it, looking over at him. "Huh?" He pretended not to hear anything. Kunigami cleared his throat, sitting up straight a bit as he avoided his gaze. "Nothing." He spoke almost too quickly, mentally facepalming in embarrassment. After a LONG ASS TIME, you were finally here! "Okay, sorry I'm late even though I didn't agree to this." You say a bit breathlessly since you ran a couple minutes over here. Yes, the beach was that close. "Your mango smoothie." Chigiri nods over to the spot next to the lit up wood, hinting at the cooler. You go over and grab your smoothie, immediately taking a huuuge sip before thanking him. You sat down at the other side of the campfire, the warm sand touching your thighs and legs. Otoya then came over with the surfboard, standing next to you as he looked around on the sand for something. "Hey princess, where's the smoothie?" He looked over at Chigiri. "I gave it to Y/n." The redhead responded as he took a bite of his marshmallow that Kunigami had given him. "What? You said it was for me though." Otoya sounded confused and a little offended. "Yeah, i lied. You already had four cans of Sprite and some sandwiches, pig." Chigiri had to resist the urge to roll his eyes as he spoke. Otoya just scoffed as his brows furrowed. Karasu and Kenyu came over, Kenyu sitting down next to the campfire as Karasu went over to Otoya. "Yeah, ya pig." Karasu echoed as he patted Otoya on the shoulder while passing by him. "Shut the hell up." Otoya snapped lowly at Karasu before going back to the water with the surfboard. "I dunno why ya keep tryin'! Yer not Chicken Joe!" Karasu called out to Otoya, that being the last straw. "Karasu, you're just begging to get these hands!" Otoya yelled as he threw the surfboard, almost hitting Karasu as the dark purple haired guy just laughed, running across the sand. Isagi was playing volleyball with Bachira, Bachira laughing when he realized what Karasu was talking about. Both Isagi and Bachira exchanged glances before yelling out at the same time. "CODYYYYY!" They burst out into laughter as Otoya looked at them in annoyance. "You guys are the worst." Bachira just kept laughing as he set the ball over to where Isagi was. "Whaat?" He smiled slyly as he glanced over at Otoya. Isagi wasn't paying attention as he got hit on the head by the ball. "Ow-! Um, Bachira! You never gave me a heads up!" Isagi looked over at Bachira. You look at all of them before hearing some footsteps coming over. "Nuh uh, I'm not giving you any of it!" A French accent with a slight raspy voice was heard. "C'mon Charles, I swear it's the last one! I'll buy you more, but you gotta pay me back." A familiar arrogant voice was heard responding. Wait, Shidou?! You immediately look over at the voices, seeing Shidou and some unfamiliar people with him.
"Ohoho, look who's here." Shidou smirked as he looked at you. Oh god. Chigiri glanced between both of you before rolling his eyes. "Y/n, you're not in danger, don't worry." You look over at Chigiri. "You don't know that!" Charles looked around before stealing a snack from Kaiser's backpack. Kaiser was on his phone, but he didn't miss the shuffling going on behind him. "Put. It. Back." He said firmly and in slight annoyance as he looked over his shoulder to see the French blondie. Rin and Sae came up behind them, both of them having the same expression. "Who are these people?" You whisper to Chigiri, looking at him. "You seriously don't know them?" He looked at you as if you were an idiot before sighing. He looked over at the group as he spoke to you. "The blondie next to Shidou is Charles, the one with the tattoos is Kaiser, and those two guys back there are Rin and Sae." You look over at Rin and Sae, guessing which is which. People are starting to come over for the campfire, bringing snacks with them too. Kurona came over with Kiyora, both of them in jackets and hoodies. Karasu looked at all of them before sitting next to you. "Ya gonna drink that?" He nodded over to the smoothie in your hand. You glance at your drink before looking over at him and nodding. "Yeah." Karasu leaned back on his hands, fingers sinking into the sand. "Y/n! We're playing tag and you're it!" Bachira suddenly said, dropping the volleyball, getting ready to run. "Count me in!" Charles said out loud as he forgot about the Nutter Butter he was eating. Shidou looked over at Sae with a smug look. "Hey, babes." Rin immediately had a disgusted look creep onto his face. "Lukewarm cockroach." He said under his breath as he left Sae and Shidou, going over to where the others were, sitting at the campfire. Sae simply just kept his eyes forward, not looking at Shidou. Shidou just found him more attractive, smirking more. He nudged Sae, walking next to him. "Lighten up, you know you're only here cause of me." Sae stopped walking, side glancing Shidou. "Exactly. I'm here to drown myself because of you." He said before walking over to where Rin was, sitting next to him. Shidou sighed. "Playing so hard to get." Isagi glanced over at you running, trying to tag Bachira or Charles. His gaze lingered until Chigiri pointed it out. "Isagi, you're staring and making it obvious." He called out. Isagi snapped out of it, eyes widening as his cheeks turned pink. He quickly looked over at the redhead. "Wait, huh?!" Poor boy, he's too easy.
"Then..the bear ate the man and you could hear the screaming!" Charles chirped as he grinned widely, marshmallow in hand. Kaiser just rolled his eyes. "That shit was boring." The German man said unamusingly. Kurona looked at all of them, the fire keeping them warm as they sat all together. "I thought it was nice nice." He spoke a bit quietly before biting into his marshmallow. Kenyu fixed his glasses before it slid down his nose bridge more. "So, who's next?" The model spoke as he looked at the others. You look over before your eyes landed on Karasu when he spoke. "Me, lemme go next." Kenyu only breathed out a chuckle. "Yeah, that's not happening. Rin?" He smiled as he looked over at Rin, who was quiet. Rin only scoffed quietly before speaking up. "Fine. There's this group of people at the beach, around a campfire at exactly eleven thirty-four o'clock." Shidou looked over at him, seeming bored. "You just checked the time." Rin shot a glare at him before continuing. "They got this one lukewarm redhead who burns his marshmallow too hot, so he gets up and goes to the bushes to throw it out." Chigiri looked over at him, brows furrowing slightly, giving him a look before rolling his eyes. "That's not gonna-" He was cut off when his marshmallow had gotten a bit of fire on it, blowing quickly. You look over at Chigiri, then at Rin. "How'd you know that was gonna happen?" Rin simply just looked back at you. "I didn't. I'm not some kind of damn psychic." He said as if it was obvious. Bachira had an idea on what was happening. "Heyy, what if the next thing he says happens again?" Bachira said as he looked around at all of them. "Don't be stupid." Kaiser said as he turned his phone off, finally paying attention. "Rinnie, keep goin' for us, yeah?" Shidou purred as he smirked slightly. Rin gave him the nastiest side eye before continuing. "After the redhead threw the marshmallow out, noises started coming from the bushes next to the friend group." Chigiri looked back over at Rin after he threw the marshmallow out. "Okay, quit it with your shit Rin." Rin looked over at him. "Then someone else take over, didn't even wanna do this anyway." He scoffed. Rustling was heard from the bushes infront of Chigiri. Karasu and Otoya immediately stood up. "Yeah no, ya'll got that." Karasu said as he grabbed his phone. "I'm out." Otoya grabbed his surfboard and followed after Karasu, going next to him. The rustling was heard again. "Okay, good luck guys, me and bae are OUT." Shidou got up from the sand, Sae getting up as well. He was too tired to even pay mind to what Shidou said. "Peace!" Shidou hit the peace sign as he walked away with Sae, not even daring to look back. Charles hopped up from his seat, scurrying off to campus. Isagi glanced at them before looking at Chigiri. "I'm not trying to die tonight, so I'm just gonna head back to the dorms too." Isagi said as he got up. He looked over at you. "Y/n, you coming with?" You glance at Chigiri, noticing the look he gave you before getting up and nodding. "Yeah. Night guys!" You grab your phone as you waved at the five guys. Kurona and Kiyora exchanged glances before standing up too. "Bye bye." Kurona waved. Kiyora just kept his hands in his pockets as he walked back over to the dorms with Kurona.
You huff silently, plopping your phone on your bed as you waited for Isagi to get out of the shower. You wondered what Chigiri was trying to tell you. And what the hell was he being so rude for?! That only made you even more annoyed. You perked up at the sound of the bathroom door opening, showing Isagi coming out in a black t-shirt and some sweats. The steam followed him out the bathroom, one of his hands occupied with drying his hair with his towel. "Did i take too long?" He asked a bit awkwardly as he looked at you. "Nope, you're fine." You say as you get up, grabbing your pajamas from your new drawer. Isagi stayed quiet as he watched you before quickly glancing away, clearing his throat. You went over to the bathroom with your clothes, grabbing a towel from under the sink. Isagi went onto his bed, going on his phone. "Careful, floors wet." He called out. You glance over at him before closing and locking the bathroom door. As you turned the shower on and took off your bathing suit, you still couldn't forget about Chigiri's words. You shook your head, forgetting about it. It's probably something stupid. Right? Yeah, right.
