Ruman's Khichdi and khatta is my all-time choice.

Hotel Arbab Riyan servers a little more extra item ie Palak ( with a piece of kaliza or so if I am not wrong), my experience is, khichdi in Arbab tastes good only when hot. Whereas in Ruman you could eat all time.

Adams Victoria, which is now Adam's Shalimar is also ok.

Shah Ghouse servers Mutton Kheema.

So which one is your choice? When it comes to khichdi.
