A tired vessel,

Shattered long ago,

And only surviving on stitches.

Stitches so ancient,

That only a thread holds in place,

A place so tarnished the body rejects.

For it sees fit to die than to see the heart hurting.

My soul danced every time you were near,

For it felt safe with you more than them.

I wish I never let you in,

For you ripped open my wounds,

With malice and contentment,

Leaving me crying in blood.

Paid debt

I'm paying a debt,

A debt I never knew I had,

For karma keeps a list,

And leaves none underpaid.

You were my karma,

For I never cry for love,

But now I stream an ocean,

An ocean of blood and tears.

Toxic friendship

Safety, something I never felt with you ,

Day by day you gave me a reason to flee,

But I pitied you,

For I was your only pillar.

I remember the first day,

Red flags floated above you,

But ignorance blinded me,

I approached, feeling the burn.

Arguments never ceased while we were one,

Slash! Slash! You cut deeper,

Never once did I run,

I endured for you to stay alive.

'Tears' a crystal waterfall,

A symbol of; pain, love,joy,fear...

They roll down silently,as you relieve the weight in your heart.

Some define it as 'salty',

Others say they 'burn',

But I call them 'freedom',

'Cause once I let them fall,my heart speaks volumes,

It speaks freely and isn't afraid.

I call them a 'gift',

A gift that eases the heart,mind and soul,

It comes unexpected but leaves you light.

If it was black,you would be forever surrounded by darkness.

I will love you till my bones turn to dust,

I will love you in every lifetime and universe.

A mother's love; unexplained,

Once lost no one can replace it,

Even the love from a lover,

Can't fill up the void.

Her love is like a warm blanket in the winter,

A cool breeze in the summer,

A medicine that heals all pain,

A love that is unconditional.

Her love beings even before she saw you,

And continues in the afterlife,

No matter where she is,

Her love will never perish.

She will love you from every void,

From beyond universes.

Even when she's gone,

Her love remains in your heart.
