Just a quick ramble about these weird dreams

So I can’t always tell if I am awake or asleep due to these weird dreams that I have.  It’s one of the reasons why I take anti-psychotics.  I have full on, surround sound, hd colour and scents.  It is very disconcerting to have a conversation with someone or go somewhere and then they don’t have a clue what I am talking about or I’ve never been to the place that I saw.
