Things from the past month in varying states of done-ness.

(Question: I sketch roughly, lower the opacity, on a new layer I refine it, l use the previous layer as a guide and play with the shapes, repeat. I'm upfront with the fact I have some intense ocd, so l do this more times then I wish I would. I end up with sometime more polished than a sketch-sketch but not quite lineart level.... What do you call that? & Is that still a sketch?)

finally finished this! (oh my god.) l've been reading a lot of world mythology recently, so this was inspired by the Grecian Seer myths. (and remembering the singing ladies from the Hercules animated movie got me playing with the hair shapes 😂)

- the hair and fur texture were done with pencil brushes at low opacities just going strand by strand

- metal / jewelry I left unfinished in places because everyone told me it looked more like metal that way.

- my chains are literally just dots that I did a cascading pattern of an angled row of lighter dots (felt like building stairs in Terraria)
