“But maybe I want to leave,” Oikawa sighed, “Not you– just Japan, maybe. After high school. And last night you–” He gestured vaguely at Hajime. So now, he looked at Oikawa still in front of him, hoping to show him whatever he needed to see—how much he didn’t care about what the future held for them. He thought of cutting open his chest so Oikawa could see his heart and see how much of it was just him. “I wouldn’t have regretted it, you know—even if you want to leave. You didn’t have to stop me,” Hajime confessed. They were dancing around the elephant in the room, they both knew it. They knew each other too well to really hide anything, but it was easier to ignore these feelings. It was easier to let go if they never said anything. or It was Iwaizumi and Oikawa’s last semester together—their last time to go to nationals as a team. But without them meaning it to, their relationship was changing. Will this change be the thing that leads them to a final win or will taking the risk lead to a heavier loss?

this is an idea thats been stuck in my head for months now and i finally have space and time to write it so yeah there it is cant wait to make them suffer more <3 its still a work in progress and currently only 3.6k words !
