Starfall X is a symptom where you either come into Star Dust, X pokemon, or pokemon that didn't get their shots involving another infection. Not as major as Starfall itself. It spreads through pokemon, already mentioned things, another person (if injured)

It eventually caught to the Miltank roaming by or the prisoners disguised as the cow pokemon itself.
The symptoms when it mutated week by week were
Coughing
Mild insomnia
Fatigue
skin rashes that were stubborn to heal. Or eczema
It spread through Westar city to milkiway city. It didn't rapidly mutate and infect the people in westar city, its most contagious to physical contact, contaminated water
Where the gym leader and princess, Vanilla, was infected
New symptoms may vary. From hour to hour, day to week, and so on forth

Brain fog
Chances of it to already mutate
It changes patches of skin (having a purple tint to the infected area or around the eyes)

X-pokemon and infected pokemon began to be more aggressive and harder to catch/train. The infection directly affects x-Pokemon more than regular pokemon and people. Infected pokemon with a 25% or higher chance of disobeying its trainer unless a high level of "happiness" (trust) is maintained to fight the infection
