This is a post for our friend Moise. Moise is Trans. Moise does not know yet if they are male or female, because Moise has not yet been given the opportunity to figure it out for themselves.
They are in a difficult and dangerous situation. Moise is living in a refugee camp with a group of activists who are currently being persecuted and even attacked for their beliefs, about gender and sexuality.
Money is scarce and Moise is struggling to buy food and supplies in the refugee camp currently. They can use any and all help that we can give.
Below is Moise's story in their own words:
"Hello friends,
I am Moisse ,a member and an activist of the LGBTIQ refugees in the community of Kakuma Kenya Refugee camp located in the northern Turkana region, looking for support to help the LGBTIQ family and also children .
We are LGBTIQ also living with kids in the refugee camp starving and passing through the homophobic situation.
Unfortunately the environment of the camp is so hostile for us, we are having regular attacks and injuries inflicted upon us .
We desperately need your help in order to survive and thrive in this situation please.
Me as a transgender I moved from my mother country Uganda because I was facing alot of hatred and for me I wasn't ready to change who I am and our president doesn't allow lgbtiq persons in my country .
In Uganda my family was killed by the community members ,I managed to escape death and I had no other option other than joining a camp in Kenya to seek for asylum .
We shall appreciate any hands that will decide to support us please ."

Hello friends ,I am called Moses and I am a Refugee living in a Refugee camp called Kakuma in Kenya .I am an lgbtiq living with over 250 lgbtiq refugees we are persecuted and discriminated leading us to horrible situation. We can not make movements around the camp to get jobs in order to care for ourselves to buy food and other basic needs because we fear to be attacked and to be killed by hormophobic people. We have been denied protection though the officials in the camp are aware of what is happening to us and they .We call upon any one who can donate for us any thing little you may in order for us to get some food ,basic needs ,build more shelters for ourselves .We shall appreciate any kind of help please 🙏. Here's the thing:
Cis people really do feel like the gender they were assigned at birth.
Cis women really do feel like women, and cis men really do feel like men. They experience what we would call gender euphoria related to dressing and expressing themselves as their gender, whether that's in a femme way or a butch way or any other way. They feel joy and connection with their gender, with their sexuality and how it relates to their gender. They wear clothes, participate in activities, and express themselves in ways that affirm their gender identity.
Gender critical radfems and terfs will try to convince you that "no woman feels like a woman". They do this for several reasons. Firstly, it's to try to convince trans men they aren't trans, they're just women with no connection to womanhood because "no woman feels a connection to womanhood". They also do it to try to discredit trans women, by saying "If you feel like a woman, then you're clearly not a woman, because "woman" isn't a feeling, it's biology".
A lot of gender critical terfs and radfems claim they are "dysphoric women", and will try to convince you this is a normal state of womanhood. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say no, that doesn't sound normal at all, actually. Most women do not secretly wish they could be men, or more androgynous, or have a penis. Most women don't define their lives through suffering - they love being women.
If womanhood - or manhood - is making you miserable... you might be trans, or you might be gender nonconforming. See if dressing a different way makes you feel a spark of joy and happiness - seek euphoria!
Gender should be joyous, not drudgery.

You're allowed to find pride in your asexuality and aromanticism. I know it can be difficult, between people not knowing or believing it exists and people who might accept that it exists but will always see it as pitiful and insignificant, something to be silent about, something shameful or "tmi", something to mention as an afterthought. But aromanticism will always be far more complex and far-reaching and life altering and significant than people who brush it off as "doesn't date" are able to understand, and asexuality will always be more nuanced and eye-opening and liberating than people who brush it off as "doesn't have sex" will ever understand. You're allowed to find meaning in these labels and in the communities surrounding them, and you're allowed to show pride for who you are.

Brianna Ghey was a 16-year-old girl and there was nothing implying she was a horrible person or evil or perverted but you all are so warped by your transphobia and transmisogyny that you will believe a victim of transphobic violence was the one at fault.
