been sending asks to kincall blogs and why are finding mediamates so difficult ... there is no guarantee that they wont be canonmates too, but finding even someone who shares the same media source as me is hard. i search up kincalls for specific characters and they're mostly from 2020 to 2025; they likely are inactive posts by now.

Why is it so common for hosts to offer their visitors their best food, and as much of it as they can? At some point, multiple cultures decided that they knew what it felt like to be alone and vulnerable, and promised each other to never let those who stay with them feel that way. That doesn't sound very "inherently selfish" to me.

i am not a stranger to farewells. i have lived countless lives, and so has everyone else (and of course, that is such a beautiful thing), so that does not make me any more special than others.

and though i am well acquainted with goodbyes, i find myself wondering if there is a way to make anything stay, if there's a way to make anything that i love last for eternity. one life simply isnt enough for me, and here i thought that i was close to making peace with it.

it's tough when i recognize some of my friends from my past lives in the people that i meet in real life, but i have no way of confirming, aside from that sense of familiarity; that their existence fits just right into my life.

i dont want to project onto anyone and it feels wrong to do so, but the familiarity that i sense whenever i am around them is uncanny. i find myself sometimes looking at my friends, wondering "who are you?" while being unable to voice out the actual question because it would sound so odd.

i have so many unanswered questions, but all that i can do is to treasure the friends that i currently have, regardless of who they are and whether or not they are people from my past lives.

Papercraft commission of Xie Lian and Ruoye! The client requested that I pose them to look like they were dancing together, and y'all know I love dancing poses! So I took great glee in making Ruoye look extra flowy and detailed and ribbon-like to match Xie Lian's graceful movement. ^_^
