PC Emulators
These are my recommendations, but there's plenty of other options!
PCSX2 - PS2 (KH, Re:COM, KH2)
BIOS files to authenticate PCSX2 (it will not run without them)
BIOS reading guide from the Internet Archive:
For example, ps2-0230a-20080220.bin. - 0230 is the version number of the BIOS. Typically, the newer versions are the best to run. - a is the region; this one is America, since it has an a. Japan has a j, Europe has an e, etc. - Lastly, 2008022. That houses the release date of the BIOS. It is in the format of YYYY-MM-DD (year-month-day).
mGBA - GBA (COM)
PPSSPP - PSP (BBS)
MelonDS - DS (Days, Re:Coded)*
Citra - 3DS (DDD)
*There is an alternative version of MelonDS specifically for Days and Re:coded! Kingdom Hearts Melon Mix is an ongoing project to adapt the two DS games into a PC-friendly format. Check out the link for further details.
ROMs
While I have not had any bad experiences downloading from these sources, please exercise caution, use your best judgement, and use an adblocker such as uBlock!

The file should already be decrypted, but if Citra doesn’t accept it use this
If you have a 3DS with custom firmware, just download the game via the hshop and play it on console lol (you can also use twilight menu to play DS ROMs, and there’s methods to get COM GBA as well) (I’m not including a full 3DS hacking guide alongside this post)
Referring to the above point, 358/2 Days on Twilight Menu++ gets softlocked at a certain boss, in my experience (original 3DS running Luma). Not sure what the issue is
