“bill,” richie said softly, uncharacteristic for the male. his heart was heavy in his chest with what he was about to say. but, he had to say it -- he wasn’t very good at keeping things bottle up. “i don’t think you should have broken up with eddie.” it was a quiet admission. he’d missed the way things used to be, where they could all be together without being jealous or upset. being kids was so much easier. “he was happier when you were with him and he didn’t constantly hate me as much. i mean sure, he didn’t like me much but it was different. now i’m just tired we can’t all hang out together. and then it’s hard being with you ‘cause i don’t even know what you want. sometimes its okay to make out in public, other times you’re like ‘whoa richie, don’t do that’.” he sighed. “i don’t know where i’m going with this. i’m just-- i don’t know.”
