Innocence came off in waves as he was ever the ignorant one. What he saw in the smile lining his dearest companions visage was far from insincerity or miff. It was pure-- brighter than one who was plagued with the fate of their own flesh and blood would know what to do with. He was very, very ignorant to the reason behind it.
Was it really so unusual, he wondered? Should he have been, by any chance, embarrassed to have not partaken in any such activities throughout his lifetime? To focus on his studies was what he had been told to do in his adolescence, the topic of acquainting one self with others would wait, or so he had assumed, and his introverted nature hindered his progress with that in his adult years.
