“Alright, tell you what. Us, drinking, tomorrow night. As long as I’m somewhat good with that whole thing growing in my face by then.” He pointed at his swollen cheek before raising the ice back up. “Deal?”
Yah you went out drinking without me? -he pouted-
“I’m pretty sure your schedule is a little fuller than mine, which means I’m allowed to go drink as often as I’d like but… if I recall, you don’t have that kind of freedom.” He shrugged with one shoulder, removing the ice pack from his face. “But I promise the next time you’re welcome to join me in my back-alley brawls.” A grin curled his lips.
He was probably mad at your beauty or.. you stole his girlfriend~
“Or boyfriend.” The hunter muttered beneath his breath, stifling a laugh and shaking his head slightly, only stopping when it caused a slight ringing in his ears. “Nah, we were both just terribly drunk.”
What the hell happened to you this time?
“Uhhm.. actually, I simply got, well, punched. By some guy? Totally human by the looks of it? But had a mean swing.” The hunter shrugged sheepishly, grinning through the blues and purples of his cheek.

“Hey yourself.” Godfrey looked up with a lopsided smile and tired eyes, holding an ice pack to his swollen cheek. “Somehow you have a talent for spotting me when I just had to take a few punches. This is really starting to take a toll on my reputation.” A low chuckle rumbled in his throat.
A lighthearted chuckle shakes the hybrids shoulders, then he reaches out to poke the tip of Godfrey’s nose. “Well now you know, and that was one of the manliest screams I’ve ever heard from a giant.” Jae’s bottom lip juts out at the statement, even though it might be true. “I’d rather you put me on your shoulders so I can be tall enough to ride the big boy rides at the amusement park.”
“Well, you could’ve given me a warning… of some sort?” The hunter crosses his arms on his chest, but relaxes soon, wrapping one arm around the hybrid and pulling him close. “I’m pretty sure you are perfectly capable of taking the big boy rides.” He grins cheekily and presses a short kiss into Jae’s hair.
With out warning the bunny hops out of the latter’s hands to the empty spot next to the male, quickly shifting back into his human form. “I thought you’d know actually, but yeah I can and I’m not tiny!”
The hunter gives an undignified yelp as the small animal jumps from his hands, but a relieved chuckle escapes him as the boy appears in its stead. “No, how would I know? I’ve met all kinds of hybrids and they’re all different, so I never know what to expect. Not that I’m complaining.” He grins cheekily. “Come on, you are. In bunny form I could put you into my pocket and just carry you around all day, that’s how tiny you are.”
*At the pet name the bunny’s ears flicker and his tail wags*
A confused yet honest smile blossoms on his lips and the hunter runs his fingers through the soft fur. “I didn’t know you could do that.. why didn’t you tell me?” With gentle hands the hunter raises the small bunny from his lap, lifting it to eye level. “Even tinier like this.”
Because-- it'll make me weak and clingy and annoying because I'll keep asking if I also make your heart flutter. -he explained with a firm nod-
“Well, doesn’t sound too bad to me.” He chuckled and glanced at the other, running his fingers along the stubble on his chin. “And this heart’s old n weary, the only fluttering it does is when it wants to complain about my fast-food-dominated diet.” The hunter joked with a small grin on his lips.

“And why is that?” The hunter muttered amused, hiding his smile behind his fingers as he crossed his arms over his chest, one hand at his face. “It’s not like you can really.. hold me accountable for things your heart does.”
*The small black, fluffy bunny hops onto your lap.*
Surprise is written all over his features and the hunter simply stares at the animal in his lap, one hand hesitatingly hovering in the air as if to pet the soft-looking fur. “I..” He feels a little foolish, bowing down slightly over the pet. “..Baby..?” He mutters hesitatingly and finally runs his fingers into the black fluff.
You should watch out though or you'll make mine flutter too. -he huffed-
“Who says I don’t mean to?” He retorted with a smirk on his lips, tilting his head and keeping a close eye on the male’s reaction. “But well, what can I say– my intentions are, of course, entirely pure.”
You're such a gentleman I'm sure it makes a lot of hearts flutter~
“I should hope so.” The hunter chuckled and crossed his arms behind his head, shrugging. “I mean, I’m definitely doing it because I simply want to. But the reactions are what is most rewarding. Bad or good, honestly.”
-Jonghyun flashed his friend an innocent smile- I'd say a little bit of everything~? -he poked Godfrey's nose-
“Oh? Is that so?” Godfrey raised his brows with a chuckle, reflexively grabbing the younger’s wrist so close to his face. “What unexpected information.” He smirks up and licks his lips, but despite the nature of their conversation, he simply leans down and presses a gentle kiss to the back of the other’s hand. “But who am I to judge.”

The hunter raised a brow, leaning back in his seat and crossing his arms on his chest. “You think you’re being super funny, huh?” A smirk played around his lip, but he simply stared at the other. “What is this, trying to rile me up.. or–” He leaned forward again, grinning. “Do you actually like it?”

Best friend that he can buy gifts/clothes for: He loves to spoil people, especially with gifts, be it clothes, jewelry or other things. Maybe he’ll even cook for them occasionally. Something similar to a sugar baby (but not necessarily with the sugar). Open to: f
Drinking buddies: It’s a very bad habit, but it kills the stress sometimes and lets him sleep calmer for at least one night. And drinking together is always better than alone. Open to: m
Cuddle buddies: Despite the tough shell, he’s a very physical person (in more senses than just what you’re thinking of) and sometimes he just needs a place to relax at and not care about much but what to eat next or if getting up from the couch is worth the trouble for a smoke outside. Toxic/Abusive relationship: His occupation often leaves him restless and abrasive, which has changed his entire temper after 15 years on the job. Hero complex / Self-righteousness (+ drug addiction/abuse): He wants to save your muse from their addiction/abusive relationship and just can’t understand why they don’t want to be “saved”. (Possibly gets tempted into using too.) Open to: m
Workout buddies: During the weeks without extensive jobs and assignments, Godfrey keeps himself fit by visiting the local gym. And although he usually keeps to himself, he can’t help but notice your muse being there at the same time as him a lot – at least whenever he’s a regular customer. Power struggle: He’s used to being the physically superior one due to his height and the training he gets on the job, so when he meets someone who can easily (and visibly) take him on, he’s quite out of his comfort zone. Which doesn’t mean he won’t stand his ground. Come challenge him? Open to: m
Delinquents: Godfrey’s always had a soft spot for strays and the struggling, so he tends to want to help. But not everyone who opts for a lifetime on the rough streets needs that helping hand. And Godfrey probably has a hard time tidying up the messes that get left behind – be it dealing with the police to bust ‘em out of a drunk cell or actually wiping up blood and hiding bodies. Annoying neighbors: It’s become a habit and they rile each other up. Loud music, late night parties, vocal sex. Maybe if they actually sat down and talked a bit to each other they’d get along? Dom/Sub: Godfrey is a caretaker, and he likes to be in control, be it in the bedroom or otherwise.
