while you were sleeping (λΉμ μ΄ μ λ μ¬μ΄μ) is a kdrama of thriller, fantacy, romance and (a lot) of legal drama. the series is directed by oh choong hwan (μ€μΆ©ν) and written by park hye ryun (λ°νλ¦°).Β it aired on sbs from september 27th to november 16th of 2017 on wednesdays and thursdays at 10pm (korean time zone).
lee jong suk (μ΄μ’
μ) is jung jae chan (μ μ¬μ°¬), a prosecutor recently moved next to nam hong joo (λ¨νμ£Ό) aka bae suji (λ°°μμ§). when these two found eachother, they will meet an police officer called han woo tak (νμ°ν). these three young adults acquired the ability to see the future through their dreams. troubled by these dreams, the trio collaborate with each other to prevent these ominous dreams from turning into reality and to take down one of their archenemies, the corrupt lawyer lee yoo beom (μ΄μ λ²).
to me, while you were sleeping (λΉμ μ΄ μ λ μ¬μ΄μ) caught me since the moment i put play on my laptop. you can never get enough in every episode so, everytime i watched it, i wasΒ desperate for knowing more and more about the story, the cases they show us in the show, and also about the characaters.
Β i dont think its anything wrong with this drama, just a little thing and it is that i dont remember a episode that hong joo (νμ£Ό) does not cries for anything, and the cases sometimes were too long to be honest, but just that.
a thing that i loved was that the importancy of the secondary characters, like the 3rd division, the family of the main characters, and friends of them too. i fell for everyone, also for lee yoo beom (μ΄μ λ²).
3rd division :: especially shin hee min (μ ν¬βλ―Ό), lee ji kwang (μ΄μ§κ΄), andΒ choi dam dong (μ΅λλ).
