I’m pretty confident (and sad) that Kaylor is no more, but I do think Taylor’s choice to so publicly air her and Karlie’s dirty laundry was interesting. Kaylors are obvs picking up on the references throughout folklore and evermore, and especially in these new evermore bonus tracks, but Swifties are picking up on them too... just in a “KAYLORS RETREAT, WE TOLD YOU SO” type of way. It’s just making me scratch my head a little as to why Taylor would do this, and now.

Timing wasn’t part of the strategy for these two albums. taylor’s doing what she’s always done: processing and translating her feelings through art. It exists in isolation as her truth; what swifties do with it is on them. 

Swifties say that taylor’s lyrics never had anything to do with kaylor, then use the same lyrics to say kaylor doesn’t exist anymore? You can’t have it both ways.
