💀; little that loves creepy and horror media, always picking the scariest shows and movies to watch, has creepy dolls and toys all around their room.

🥀; caregiver that doesn't have the heart to admit their a scaredy cat, who's always flinching and jumpy while watching said horror shows and movies. But try's their best to hide it for their little.
Your caregiver getting you up early in the morning and taking you to the park so you can play on the playground like the other kids without being disturbed.
getting into your headspace can be tricky, hm? don't worry, it'll get easier again, you just need time!! but until then, here's some tips 💗 (these are geared toward smaller ages, if you need help getting into a tween/teen headspace, feel free to send an ask!!)
💫 tell yourself (gently, there's no pressure here) that you're going to regress and be small. even just stating that for yourself can get you kinda giddy and more open to regression - you can also write a little "guide" in the voice of a cg that you read when you wanna regress, that kind of guides you into regression - if any of you would like me to write something like that, let me know!! <33
🐕 snacks that fit your age are a classic, but they really do help!! and that doesn't mean you have to go out and buy lots of kids snacks (though i would definitely recommend trying it, having snacks that you normally wouldn't eat and got especially for regression can make getting small so much easier and something fun to look forward to)!! if you don't wanna buy new snacks:
-> 🎂 use small containers for what you're eating, like pouring crackers etc into small little bowls; cut up fruit and veggies into little pieces; drink out of a water bottle instead of a glass; depending on your age, eat things with softer textures like mashed banana, apple sauce, yoghurt... all those can make you feel so tiny!!
🪁 music!! listening to little space music gets me at least a little bit smaller almost right away - there's playlists on spotify and youtube, you can even find specific ones for your current energy level :))
☘️ get physically "smaller" - sit on blankets and pillows on the floor, curl up on your bed, pull up your knees when you're sitting on a chair, colour/write with your non-dominant hand... these might feel clumsy and acted at first, but they can really help to feel more "childish" - at the same time, please remember that these are ideas to get into headspace, you don't have to act like this while little!! regression is different for everyone <33
🧸 a lot of (especially older) cartoons are on youtube, i used to watch charlie and lola and hello kitty and friends a lot, but you can find something that fits you!!
-> 🌷 i also find that documentaries for kids work sooo well because you get both that childlike sense of wonder and learning and a narration that addresses you like you really are tiny (which you are!! >:)) )
🍭 this is very personal but i really love going on little walks - not so much in headspace because i don't like to be in public when regressed, but to get into it!! listen to your favourite agere music, try not to step on the cracks in the pavement, try to spot all the last flowers still blooming, jump on crackly autumn leaves... once you get home again, doing some of my other ideas might get you small :))
and please remember: sometimes it just doesn't work!! it's okay if regression is hard, it doesn't mean you've failed - sometimes your head just isn't in the right mood for getting small 🫶
cg who asks “how did my mighty dino sleep?” when their kiddo stumbles into their room in the morning, rubbing their eyes. x baby dino who sleepily stomps to their carer and crawls into their arms.
dino kid who waits silently (or so they think 🤭) for their mama to turn the corner so they can jump out and “rooaarrr!” at her. x mama who's oh so scared each and every time.
papa who buys kids encyclopedias on dinosaurs and prehistoric life on earth to learn with them. x little one who jumps for joy and hugs their dad tight when they see it for the first time.
baby dino who can't sleep without something to chew on. x mama who keeps her tiny one's chewies and pacifiers in a special box on the dresser, clean and ready for bedtime.
big brother who doesn't hesitate to sit on the floor with their little sibling to play dinosaurs together. x dino kid who beams about how awesome his big brother is when they get to school.
toddler dino who begs to help make the pancakes for breakfast so they can stamp their dino's feet into them. x big sister who agrees, so long as she eats some meat too -- “you are a carnivore after all, silly.”

Pokémon as caregivers is one of the sweetest things ever to me,, like these creatures that already love their trainer trying so hard to be there for them even if they don't quite understand what's going on at first and then when they do know about their regression, doing their best to take care of them!!
baby who finds daily tasks overwhelming, feeling stuck before the day begins

Whipped lemonade for anyone in the southern hemisphere, or anyone who is in a place where it's hot!
Ingredients
1/2 cup Lemons juice (Medium sized)-- just the juice
1 to 1.5 cups Heavy cream
1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk (Not all of it, but enough to get the sweetness in there!)
How to Make
Blend ingredients together
Pour into a glass (If you freeze the glass for a few minutes before putting the lemonade in, the drink stays extra cool.) You can add whipped cream on top if you want!
