Hi!

I've been considering returning to tumblr for the last few years but I've been super disillusioned by social media and.... well a lot generally.

I got super in my head about what to write and I'm probably going to regret this in the morning but I've not slept for a week, shits going down family wise /again/, and I'm two small alcoholic beverages down (it's Friday, my dudes and it's been a hell of a week) and I currently give zero shits in the way I used to in a beautiful stream of consciousness but completely irritating, honestly, way.

Gotta lot stuff to share, but frankly just need a space to get some shit out as my therapist is helping me unpack even more good shit and life be lifing. <3

I am in a /much better place/ than I was the last time I was here, and an infinitely better place than I was a few years before that. Life is still hard and there's been several losses that really have affected me but I miss creating. I miss sharing my dumb bullshit that somehow got me involved in all your beautiful lives- for those of you that are still here, and my gosh, I hope you're well. All of you. Those of you I remember. Those of you I've tragically forgotten. I hope you are living well. Those I've loved. Those that hurt me. It's all the same. I want joy for you all, and hope that in time I too can have peace.

When I'm sober I hope to share some nice things and nice updates and shit. I'll get to all your messages over the next few weeks as there are far far more than I ever anticipated after all this time.

Thank goodness!!!! Yeah there’s no chance of me having sproglings of my own for the foreseeable future. I’m never gonna say never to having kids of *some* sort, but err, I’ll pass for now!!! XD

Thank you so much! Don’t get me wrong, things are still bloody difficult, but I’ve decided to focus purely on the things that are going *well* at the moment. I’m too aware of the shit I’m unhappy with and it’s time to stop giving it as much time and attention as I’ve done in the past! <3 <3 <3

What’s up, b*tches, it’s that time of year where Tundra comes back randomly after a long period of absence for personal growth and stuff. Let’s hope it lasts a bit longer this time. <3

I love you all so much, all of you, including those of you that didn’t stay around (I do not bloody blame you), thank you for helping me through those ridiculously shit times. Everyone that has come and gone. Thank you.

Updates for anyone who’s bothered below cut, otherwise. Peace out. Hope you’re well, and have an amazing weekend.

- Holy shit I realise it was around this time last year I came back what the what, spookyyyy. - Okay anyway, parent’s finally get their extension done and we have my baby grand out of our bedroom. We have a really lovely annexe because of it now, it’s just wonderful. Still not quite ‘finished’ but we don’t care how long we have to wait because how it is now is so nice. - Parents are also absolutely delighted to have all the building work finished. Building inspector signed off on it today. It’s so beautiful. They really do deserve it. I’m so happy for them. - Still getting hours for relief work at the local Games Workshop, met some really really amazing folks through it, and I’m actually really looking forward to my Christmas hours, which starts next week. - Still with my partner, over two years, actually feeling pretty secure about everything, even when my mental health is shite, I feel like we communicate really fuckin’ well and both wanna work shit out. - I self referred back into some mental health services, through Time to Talk this time. I wasn’t getting ‘bad’, by my standards, but I was slipping pretty quickly thanks to a huge ocd flare outta nowhere. Starting a new course on Wednesday, but this is one specifically designed for O.C.D. Which will be the first time I’ve ever had explicit support for it, which is awesome. - The person I had my assessment interview with, who is also coincidentally running the course, not only designed the course himself, but just so happened to be the amazing CBT therapist I had via their service six years ago who I sometimes talked about on here. It was a really life changing experience for me then, and I still have the folder we worked through. - I am trying to develop a routine to reduce my ocd symptoms and it’s really nice to feel like I’m doing something small but *useful* or helpful every day. I am now able to go for a short walk pretty much every day without fail. The distance may vary depending on pain levels that day, but I do it. It’s awesome.
