The best thing you can do with an Anxiety Disorder after “Get Therapy” is to teach yourself how to be prepared for a zillion situations and pack accordingly. Refinement of this technique since middle school means I can now fit my daily use objects (Wallet, phone, keys), a sketchbook & art kit, a first aid and wilderness emergency kit, several snacks, sewing and emergency repair kit, laptop and assorted electronics and a spare sweater in a standard laptop bag.

It also makes it really easy to make friends because anytime you see someone mildy in distress you can be thier fairy godperson and whip out a new zipper or chocolate easter bunny or condoms and they will just be :O about it.
