Ralsei knows that Susie created the 2nd Sanctuary dark fountain in chapter 4 without her telling him.

Does he know that Kris made the TV World fountain???

I guess he's geographically closer when Susie does it, but he can still feel a dark presence when one is created, and we don't know what darkners see when a fountain is created. Queen and Jevil see the Knight, and there's a video of its creation in Queen's mansion, so at least some darkners in the immediate area can see who created the fountain? But we don't know how Ralsei gets between dark fountains/if he's still in the area when the fountain is reopened.
