Stan cursing.

Eddie shushing Stan to calm him down, and talking to Richie camly: Richie the fire department will be here soon to open the doors, but right now you need to help Patty.

Richie panicking and does a gone with a wind voice: I don't know nothin' 'bout birthin' babies.

Stan: RICHIE I SWEAR TO GOD! IF YOUR MAKING JOKES RIGHT NOW!

Richie: I'm serious!! How am I suppose to help her? Im useless!

Imagine if Richie actually handled the situation really well and helped Patty deliver the baby, cementing his claim as the godfather to the first loser's club child 😭

On the day Mike plans to leave Derry(the losers are with him. They came back to help him move) Mike gets drunk, buys a mega phone and starts calling out how bad the town is from on top of the library. Like he starts listening off everything bad about this town (except the falcon. The gay bar thats only the real safe place in Derry. And the Native Americans who I headcanon Mike did not steal from. They willingly helped him. But warned him it might not work)

Fun fact I learned about Derry in the book. They have a gay bar called the falcon. And I'm just imagining the losers sneaking into that place. Plus the owner was really nice.

I honestly love the whole concept of The Falcon in the book, that the guy who owns it didn't even realise it had become a gay bar until his bar started taking off, and by that point he was doing so well that he didn't care. What a legend.

To the author of the fic who made Richie work in a diner baking pies and Eddie a doctor who has a different flavour of pie every day, I just want to say fuck you but also thank you because I still think about that fic at least once a month since I read it when you were first publishing it.

For anyone looking for it, I don’t remember the name of the fic, but big warning for Richie being in an abusive relationship with Connor.

I think it’s still a masterpiece, but still fuck you. Lovingly.
