He hadnât really been paying attention much to his surroundings. Wandering around aimlessly was suiting him just fine right now, after all (even though some nasty thoughts were trying to tug at the back of his mind again). But perhaps not paying attention was a mistake, because as heâs making his way down some road or another, something comes flying to hit him in the face.
âGahâ!?â His surprised exclamation, flailing, and imminent fall onto his rear were all incredibly ungraceful. It isnât until he falls that he finally thinks to get whatever it was off of his face so he can see, and⊠paper? Why would paper be just flying around? Were people here just really that dirty? Orâ oh, wait. A sound catches his attention, and Fudou looks up to see someone running towards him. Itâs gotta belong to them, right? Why else would they be heading his way?
âIs⊠uh, this your stuff?â He hands it over immediately as the stranger arrivesâthere are words visible on it, but heâs not going to read them. Itâs not his business, is it? And the girl looked kind of distraught enough as it is. âAh, geez~! I coulda been killed like thisâŠâ

She curses silently at the winds as it carries off yet another piece of her papers.
Its almost as if the city didnât want Mitama to make poems. This is the second time her paper had slipped out of her reach. That was two times too many.
She bolts up and quickly runs for it- but too late- it had already smacked someone in the face.
She quickly runs up to the man, and stutters out an apology as she tries to catch her breath.
â°âA piece of paper / Not physically lethal / But hurts all the sameâÂ
She clutched at her chest and rested her free hand on her knees. She felt exhausted from running, but she smiled to herself for being able to churn up a poem despite her current state.
âBlame these blasted winds for this accident. But still, I apologize..For er.. My paperâs unwelcomed introduction.â
