Sure! It’s kind of a long story, but I’ll see if I can sum it up ^^

The OC on the left is Luvern and the OC on the right is Sry!

Luvern is what I call an Author. He’s a type of being that watches over a realm. These realms are referred to as stories✨ Sry is a background character from his story that managed to leave it, and in turn, meeting Luvern! Over time, they slowly fall in love. However, there’s a problem with that. There’s a law that states Authors aren’t allowed to have a lover :/ They therefore keep their relationship a secret. Later Luvern accidentally tells his friend Dirk about it when he’s ranting about something, this other character Kivu overhears, tells the council (people that made the laws), aaaaand Sry gets erased from existence QvQ

This starts another conflict, etc. etc.

There’s a whole lot more to it, but that’s the basic rundown. Sorry if that’s still confusing :,]

He’s highly looked down upon by other Authors due to his extreme choices taken within his story. However, he doesn’t let it bother him.

Context reminder: this is not how Bun originally looked. He is what I refer to as an “Abnormal”. This is an Author who has artificially altered their stories species list, and in turn messing with their form. Bun’s dark and glitched look is the result of MANY species added to his stories species set.

Meet Bun! (Lore drop, here we go!) ⚠️Edited⚠️

I created him to show what a singular author looks like with multiple ADDED intelligent species ^^

NOTE: when I say this, I mean with Authors that have ADDED species to their stories. Any Author who is originally created with more than one will have the ability to switch between, and won’t have features leak into other forms-

For example, Luvern is a singular author (well at the time) who controlled one intelligent species. Later he added cats to the mix. This messed with his hair, eyes, and ears. Bun has added a LOT over time, so his form ended up as some glitches amalgamation.

Usually when there’s more than one intelligent species, it’s because there are partnered or grouped Authors governing that world. However, a singular Author can still be created with more than one.

With the Grouped, each Author would take on a different creatures form, but with Singular, that Author can switch between forms.

As seen with Luvern, the amount of intelligent creatures can be changed overtime due to the authors discretion (Making a species go extinct, or give another creature intelligence). They’ll just have to give some lore specific reason within their world. They can’t just make them disappear for example. They have to come up with a reason so it doesn’t affect the story too drastically.

Most Authors tend to just leave their story as it was originally. Not messing with the intelligence of their characters. Plus, it’s looked down upon by some Authors to mess with what the mindscape had originally given them.
