eridian speech is entirely made up of notes and chords
changing a note would then change the word entirely (hence why rocky says question as a separate word, a "questioning lilt" would Be it's own word in eridian)
eridians may then not make "songs" as we think of them (or it may be a more specific skill to order words in a particularly pleasing-to-the-ear way while still making sense)
because of this, most eridian music (if they have any) may focus more on the rhythm of words spoken and supporting instruments rather than an overall melody, since melody Is Their Language and could make understanding the words difficult
