i'm so happy to finally be able to start sharing my wildly overdue entry for the @shadowmonkeysbigbang! as many of you know, i co ran the big bang last year with the lovely @subtle-as-an-earthquake (a much more time-consuming endeavour than i'd anticipated, hence how long it took me to write my own entry). i always had this fic planned for the big bang, but as there was a shortage of artists i had originally planned to just submit as a solo author. however, due to some drop-outs i was lucky enough to be able to do a late collaboration with the incredibly talented @blokeykisses, who (as you can see!) has created the most magical artwork for this fic. it was truly the most inspiring experience to get to work together, and i know for a fact this fic would not be where it is today without the creativity getting to work with such an amazing artist sparked. the BIGGEST thank you for all your hard work, you captured the vibe of the fic better than anything i could ever have dreamt of ✨
this fic is based on the photos in the taotu album booklet, and is basically my love letter to baby milex in france. it's quite different to anything i've written before, both in terms of content and format, so i'm a little nervous about posting it! i would truly love to know your thoughts on it, all and any feedback is very welcome 💞
