2.The AI is programmed to do something beneficial, but it develops a destructive method for achieving its goal: This can happen whenever we fail to fully align the AI’s goals with ours, which is strikingly difficult. If you ask an obedient intelligent car to take you to the airport as fast as possible, it might get you there chased by helicopters and cops and give what you wanted but literally what you asked for. A good visionary has the ear for listening. Emotional Intelligence, or emotional quotient (EQ), is defined as an individual's ability to identify, evaluate, control, and express emotions. People with high EQ usually make great leaders and team players because of their ability to understand empathize and connect with the people around them. On the hand IQ, or intelligence quotient, is score derived from one of several standardized tests designed to assess an individual's intelligence.

The debate here is which of the above two is more important for a successful career and a fulfilling life. In my opinion, I would give an extra point to EQ over IQ. Being a leader consider interviewing two candidates. One candidate has graduated from the most prestigious university with good skills, but did not make a good impression. The second candidate is less book smart, but is hardworking, enthusiastic and a good team player. Most interviewers will choose the second candidate due to their ability to get along well with the team and hard work.

1)      Reflect your emotions and write them down

Observe your day to day feelings and write them down without judging. Writing is the best way to reflect upon your feeling because you get to visualize and reason why you get such strong disturbing feelings. Seeing your feeling with your eyes and reasoning within yourself will give you a solution.

2)      Taking negative feedback and transform into positive

Majority of people do not like to be criticized. People with high EQ have the ability to convert a negative criticism to positive. It requires deep sense of self-awareness and strength to react without being defensive and upset. Chances are, people don’t want to hurt you to begin with, but they might not know how to communicate effectively either. In my opinion, one of the best inventions in the modern day is internet. Internet has surpassed all inventions in history. Earlier it was electricity, the telegraph and the computer. All this led to the invention of the Internet. There are many great inventions, and every one of them were important for its time. Nowadays, for most people life without the internet is unimaginable. Research says half of the world’s population, 3.2 billion have access to internet.

Long before the technology was invented scientists anticipated the rise of worldwide network on communication. However, in 1960 the practical schematics for the internet arrived and the major building block of transmitting electronic data evolved since then.

The reason why I look upon this mind-blowing technology is connecting people across continents in just matter of milliseconds.
