8th StairNinja bootcamp is in the books. We climbed the Arch grand staircase x15 doing different plyometric exercises. Clouds were out today. Late lunch today so I got in a quick workout. I decided to see how fast I could climb up/down the Arch grand staircase x20. I knew I could do it in 12min already so my goal was to break the 10min mark. I finished in 10min47sec. That is a PR for me. Hit 700 feet in elevation gain also. 7th StairNinja bootcamp of 2018 was warm & sunny. We did 14 sets up/down the #archsteps X2 warmup and then 3 rounds of 4 sets each consisting of different plyometric exercises within each round. Had a great but tough workout at the #korkomplex tonight. I planned on doing 22 drop sets of burpees with active rest being x2 up then down x2 on the salmon ladder but I only could manage to finish to set 10. Right arm felt like it was about to fall off.. 😩 So in total I did 208 burpees and 48 salmon ladder rungs. Total time when I stopped was 35min Thanks to my buddy David Thomas for pushing me to get up the warped wall at the end of my workout.
