Kinda wild that it took suddenly having upwards of 7 hours a day to myself to do whatever the fuck I want with after having been coasting on less than 2 hours per day to realise how absolutely fucking burned out I was (I'm talking legit not mentally well in a barely hanging on by the skin of my teeth neurospicy burnout).

Still kinda in the decompression phase of recovery, but my enjoyment of things has returned and I have been touching grass and also playing Subnautica 2 and Paralives recently.

So, yeah, still alive, and actually living instead of just surviving (also I think my meds are working again now I'm not under an insane amount of stress)
