I feel like I should start posting my feelings on here like a diary because this platform is dead and nobody will read it. I’ve made mistakes and I wanna find out who I really am. I feel like a pretend to be myself or who I should be but at the same time not really know what’s going on. I’m hardheaded and loud but I do think I have things to add sometimes. I advocate for myself too much and tend to overlook other people’s feelings or emotions for the sake of myself. I don’t know if it’s to feel better or because that’s who I am but I feel like it could be both. I think I’m ultra confident in myself even tho I’m not really good at anything. I don’t think I actually have any skills or strengths I can list out about myself which is weird because I do feel like I’m better than others at times despite not having a valid reason to feel that way. If I feel invalidated, I lash out without thinking and make a mess of things that were fine and ultimately regret my actions and try to explain away why I feel the way I feel without taking into account anyone that I hurt on the process and then make those people help me with my feelings until I feel better. It’s fucked up, but it’s real. I don’t wanna be like that anymore but I’m also so in my own head that I don’t realize that I’m doing it until it’s already happened again. I guess that’s all I have to say for now. I’ve been crying all night and I just feel upset with myself because I’m like this and I know it’s something I need to change but it’s hard. I was gonna say I know I can get through it but I don’t know anything besides that time will pass and I’ll still be here hopefully with a better mindset. I tend to go from one extreme to the next and then find myself somewhere in the middle. Right now I think I’m a bit extreme and I think I’m over it. Let’s see what happens next.
