El and Max woke the next day preparing to go down and eat breakfast. El pauses as she feels someone mentally knocking.

“Do you have a blindfold?” El asks Max.

“Yea here.” Max said excitedly.

“This is so cool!” She exclaims.

“Max.” El scolds as Max mumbles an apology.

El looked around the void walking towards the figure sitting in the rainbow room. She could remember him sort of it was all fuzzy. She didn’t remember much before she was 9.

“Hello Eleven.” He said smiling at her from his spot in the bench.

El tilts her head trying to remember who he was. “Two.” She recalls smiling happily as he nods.

“Where are we?” She asks him looking around.

“I figured this is a place we both know and this is the form you know me as.” He answers.

“002 why can’t I remember the lab before I woke up?” El asks kneeling in front of him.

Two looks down staring at her sadly, “Something had happened. Something really bad your brain blocked it out. I will tell you everything when you are older.”

El looked to the side biting her lip nervously,” I remember blood and screaming. I was afraid and I felt betrayed. They died right?”

“Yea I promise I’ll explain everything in person.”

“002 how are you still in Hawkins?”

“Yes I left but moved back. Did you stay here?”

“I’m still in Hawkins.” El confirms.

“Does eight know?” El asks him.

002 gains a look of confused shock on his face. “You met 008? I haven’t heard that name in years.”

“Yes.” El nods seriously, “She was in Chicago and goes by Kali Prasad now.” El confirms.

“That’s really good to now.” 002 answers.

“I’m sorry I have to go and you probably should to.” He tells El a second before vanishing.

“Wait!” El cries as he disappears arms stretched out to him. El rips the blindfold off with a gasp startling Max who had stayed in the room with her.

“What happened? What did you see?” Max asks eagerly.

“I saw my brother 002. Then I remember things I’ve forgotten about the lab. I don’t think I remember everything yet.” El says.

“Why wouldn’t you remember everything?” Max asks confused.

“When I was I woke up from a coma I don’t really remember before then. But 002 helped me.”

“I remember blood and screaming. I was afraid and shocked and betrayed. Then it hurt everywhere and then it stopped. I think… Max I think the other kids were killed and I think I stopped the killer. But I can’t remember.” El cries.

Max pulls El into a hug rubbing comforting circles into her back.

“Hey it’s ok.” She comforts holding El’s arms as she looks into her eyes.

“Come on,” Max says pulling El up. “Let’s go get breakfast my mom is cooking.”

El perks up happily at that, “Eggos?” She asks.

“We might have some. If not my mom makes amazing waffles.” Max tells her as the duo walks out the door.

*Few years later*

Eleven had been found alive not that long ago with her and mike reuniting happily. El had continued to grow out her hair each inch meaning more freedom from papa.

Of course happiness doesn’t always last as Mike had started lying to her and making excuse on why he couldn’t see her.

So she went to Max for help she had realized that her being jealous of Max was ridiculous Max clearly liked Lucas.

So she sat with Max attentively listening to the advice she gave her. El knew she couldn’t go to Nancy since Mike was her brother and Max would be unbiased.

Max lifted her up off the the bed as she dragged her to go shopping. The first few outfit El tried on had them both giggling.

El had decided she like bright patterns but not rainbows rainbows reminded her of the rainbow room. But the bright patterns meant more freedom things she could never wear in the lab.

The two girls had a ton of fun together before that went back to the cabin for a sleepover.

Except this time El never spied on Billy.

“We should go to my house tomorrow and prank my asshole stepbrother and stepfather.” Max told her.

El nodded smiling,”I will have to ask Hop.” She replied before wandering out to find him.

El ran back in before breaking into a fit of giggles.

“What? What happened? What did he say?” Max asked.

“Lots of insults. And a yes.” El replied faking a serious look.

The two girls got ready for bed as Max read Wonder Woman to El.

“We’re leaving.” Max called to Hopper.

“Don’t forget to call a few times El.” Hopper called back.

“Ok promise. Love you.” El told him. As Hopper came in ruffling her hair and giving her a hug.

“Love you too kiddo. Have fun.”

The two girls left hoping onto Max’s bike as they road to her house.

“I’m home,” Max callled,”and I brought a friend.

Before leading El into the kitchen because they both needed food at least according to Max.

Max couldn’t help but notice the way El took in her surrounding seeming to notice every detail and marking what she figured were escapes.

She had lightly been told of the lab and the people the hunted El and figured it was a reflex from those days.

“Where is everyone?” El asked.

“My parents aren’t here and Billy is around somewhere probably in his room.” Max told her.

Before the two girls walked off to her room for the night

“Go.” 002 heard 011 mutter. A second before Papa entered the room and he slumped to the ground pretending to be dead.

“What have you done? What have you done?!” Papa asked 011 angrily. As she turned around breathing heavily.

Nothing you bastard. 002 thought. As Eleven fell to the floor unconscious. Somehow by some miracle he had gotten out by pretending to be dead and frantically looked around for Eleven. Who he didn’t find and realized was still in the lab.

Steeling himself he stumbled through he woods trying to find a place he could stay. Before running into a nice couple who offered to take him in.

He tried to visit 011 in the void but she was still in her coma and unresponsive. He helped her hide the memories of the massacre until she was ready to know about it.

002 wasn't sure what had happened exactly Peter had come in looking angrier than usual and then everyone was dead. Now he was pushed against the wall dying. Then 011 ran in looking shocked and scared he knew that Peter realized she was there.

Suddenly all of the bullying seemed stupid and he regretted it. He was the oldest wasn’t it his job to protect and help his sibling he should’ve been helping her. It was to late now and he wanted to tell her to run but he couldn’t find the strength and then Peter was pushed away. Through blurry vision he saw 011 wipe her nose. He struggled to stay awake to get up to help 011 but he couldn’t.

Peter stood talking to 011 as he tried to convince her to join him.

“Tricked me.” 011 said.

“Tricked you no I saved you.” Peter replied darkly.

“We can reshape the world remake it however we see fit. Join me.” Peter told 011.

“No.” 011 shoved Peter into the mirror.

He could see them fighting as he fought to stay conscious still straining to get up.

011 was pushed into the door and dragged across the floor as she screamed. Before Peter dragged her up as she screamed legs kicking wildly. He could see her bones begin to break and then something changed her head lowered and Peter looked concerned. She shoved him through the glass as she dropped to the ground one knee bent. As she breathed before lowering her head begin to walk towards him as he struggled against the wall. She raised her arm he begin to dissolve as 011 screamed before he vanished.

should I make them both stay in the lab or should Papa think 002 is dead and him find eleven when she escapes? If I do that should I make it someone who is already a character or make an oc.? Also should I make someone else live like 010 and should that be an OC or not?

Honestly El’s memories were kinda weird like in this one if you go off the memory Peter should be bent down a lot farther because El was a lot shorter when she was nine but they were going off of when she was 14 or 15. So we see all these memories that would have looked different when El was incredibly small.

Part 1

The day after Prim was reaped and Katniss stepped forward and volunteered for her. Prim woke up rushing towards the bathroom throwing up retching sounds filled the house. Buttercup came in meowing at her worriedly. Once more tears of guilt flooded Prim’s eyes. Her stomach clenched and somersaulted filling like she needed to throw up again.  Although all she was doing was retching tears dripped into the toilet water. Mrs. Everdeen rushed in coming back inside from gathering plants for the shop and food. Mrs.Everdeen held back her youngest daughters hair. As Prim stopped retching Mrs. Everdeen held her daughter tightly rocking her and allowing the last of her tears to fall. 

“Mommy please don’t go away again.” Prim whispered sounding afraid.

“Never again.” Mrs.Everdeen promised. 

“What happens if Katniss doesn’t come home?” Prim asked. 

“Don’t say that not right now she could. If she doesn’t though then Gale helps us out and we can get by with the shop and Lady. We could even start a garden a get plants and food from there.” Mrs. Everdeen said. 

Prim nodded letting herself be lead towards the kitchen and sat down at the table as breakfast was quickly heated and they ate silently. Once more they filed into the square to watch the reapings from the other districts. Prim felt her heart clench and breath slow as she saw who the career tributes. District 11 came and Prim gasped as a girl her age was reaped. She was small with dark skin and black hair. She stood arms extended on her tiptoes as if she was about to take flight. Her partner a large male that rivaled the careers and then it was district 12 and Prim was forced to watch her sister volunteer once more.

The girl who was a sister by and blood and the girl who was a sister in mind. Although the one thing they had in common they were both to young to die. 

They were the two of the people Katniss loved and would feel most guilty about forever. Upset that she couldn’t save them nor could she keep them safe.

Primrose Everdeen

Everyone assumed Primrose Everdeen didn’t understand but she did understand. She understood that if anyone found out about the time her mom spaced out she could be shipped off to the community center. She understood that if she was reaped she would most likely die. She understood that she didn’t look like those from the seam. She understood that she was to small,to kind,to gentle and most of all to trusting all those things would get her killed if she was reaped.  Primrose Everdeen understood the minute her name came from Effie Trinket’s lips she was done for. She understood when Katniss volunteered her older sister had basically just signed a death warrant. She understood and did not want her sister to die for her,because of her. Prim understood no matter how ecstatic she was that by Katniss and Peeta both winning they had angered President Snow.
