Tools for a Second Eden by Maskull Lasserre (2019)
during and after WW2 the US was working on a project to use pigeons as a pigeon-controlled guided bombs. They were trained to peck on keys that would keep the glide bomb on target. And apperently theyer actually very good at it. They can take in a lot of visual information very fast
Which also made them really good at they search and rescue at sea. Sorta the same principle, they would peck at a key that would alert the pilot if they saw a person.

type of shit Dr. Ryland Grace wears while accomplishing things no one in human history has done before
My other new bit has been mentioning really obvious stuff as “eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed—“
Like I’ll spill milk all over and say “eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed that there is milk on the floor.”
My husband does NOT like this bit so it’s been traveling with me outside the home.
Spielkinder allen Alters willkommen :)
hello dear english-speaking followers and mutuals ^^
the flyer I posted is for a ttrpg/board games/video game convention in a town near me. it gets co-hosted by a ttrpg-club I'm a part of and it's a lovely little event with very good vibes every year I've attended so far.
It would be kind of you and I'd appreciate it if you gave this a lil boost. Germans are kinda few and far between on this site, but they are here and I'm hoping to reach more of them.
thank you in advance if you do reblog and if you don't, that's okay too, I understand :)
THIS WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE VIDEO ON THIS WEBSITE
I bookmarked this months ago and it still makes me laugh until I can’t breathe
