Hey so the trailer for the new Ghostbusters movie was released today and the response has been absolutely appalling. 

The trailer is currently outweighed by dislikes in proportion to likes, at first I thought perhaps it was just genuinely a bad trailer but after watching it realised that definitely wasn’t the case because the trailer is hilarious and definitely captures the lighthearted goofiness of the original, plus the special effects we saw look good. After reading the comments I realised why it had to many dislikes, because asshole sexist man-babies have been disliking the video simply because it’s an all female cast and probably didn’t even bother to watch the trailer. 

Please go watch the trailer and boost the likes to show support to the film, if you watch the trailer and genuinely don’t like it then fair enough but please don’t just dislike it on principle.

To this day, nearly twelve years later, it still baffles me how awful the Predator faces look in the first Alien vs Predator movie in comparison to the original Predator which came out in 1987. The mandible placement in AvP is all wrong to the point that the poor guys can’t even close them right it’s.. so irksome.

I haven’t seen it in a couple of years but yeah I don’t remember that much roaring in the originals! There was so much wrong. Their overall designs wouldn’t have been as bad if they weren’t so damn bulky. I cannot see those guys leaping across building rooftops or stealthily scaling trees in the jungle.

I own all of the movies because I’m such a sucker for them =_=. But yes. I was displeased.

They gave some bs excuse of ‘they’re a different kind of predator’ and I tried to buy that but then I was like ‘No that’s just you being lazy’.

I own them too, AvP:R is the only one in the franchise I don’t have on Blu-ray, but I just haven’t watched AvP for ages. It’s fun but it’s not good, unlike Requiem which is godawful in every way.
