CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: YOU HAVE NOT YET WON. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The UNREAL Candy “Try Before You Buy” giveaway is sponsored by UNREAL Candy, 252 Newbury Street, Floor 2, Boston, MA 02116 United States. The Giveaway is governed by these official rules. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to UNREAL Candy, not Facebook.
ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have Internet access. Employees, officers and directors of UNREAL and their respective parents, agents and suppliers, as well as members of their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and individuals living in the same household as those individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and disqualify those who don’t meet the eligibility requirements.
Entrants are allowed ONE entry per Giveaway period.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 9 am EST on November 17, 2014 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on November 19th, 2014 (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received on or before 11:59 pm EST on November 19th to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Giveaway by commenting on UNREAL’s Facebook post, answering the question, “What PB cups are you most excited about?” This post will be published at 9 am EST on November 17, 2014. After commenting with an answer to UNREAL’s question, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Limit one entry per person during the Giveaway Period.
Additional Entry Conditions: Sponsor has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes contains inappropriate content, that does not comply with these Official Rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Giveaway. No mailed, telephoned, faxed, or emailed entries will be accepted. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of submission of an entry be deemed proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the Facebook account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account” holder is the natural person assigned the Facebook account. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period will be considered as long as they completed all requirements. Fifty (50) prize winners will be randomly selected in total during the Giveaway period from all eligible entries. The winners will be notified via reply to their comment on UNREAL’s Facebook post. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her comment/UNREAL Facebook Page for prize notification or other communications related to this Giveaway. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator within seventy two (72) hours via reply on entrant’s comment, that potential prize winner will be deemed to forfeit the prize, and UNREAL will select another winner.
PRIZES: The fifty (50) randomly selected winners will receive eight (8) count size UNREAL products. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Giveaway is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Giveaway, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE COMPANIES, THE SOCIAL NETWORKING PLATFORM THAT HOUSES THE GIVEAWAY (must be released according to Section 3.7.2) ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY.
PUBLICITY: By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, comments and entry for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
