Moon in Cancer opposing Pluto in Capricorn + square Mars in Aries screams mother wounds. The moon represents the mother and our home. Hard aspects to Pluto and Mars introduce conflict, power struggles, and destruction. Tsujimura's relationship with her mother is complicated. Not only was she mostly absent from her life, but Tsujimura believed she had died (at the hands of her partner no less). That's already extremely traumatic. Her mother's shadow lingers over her throughout the novel, and enemies tend to poke at this wound to gain an edge over her. The signs of the moon/pluto opposition are also very revealing. It's a push-pull between Cancer (family/private life) and Capricorn (career/public life). What strained Tsujimura's relationship with her mother was career.
No traditional stellium, but heavy Scorpio influence and it's to be expected with her background - especially Saturn in Scorpio. Saturn represents restrictions, delays, and karmic lessons. Tsujimura inherits a violent ability from her mother that she has no control over, and she constantly fears its activation. The lesson Saturn is trying to teach here is for her to confront her shadow (literally) and work to master the raw power (Scorpio) she was given so that her ability works for her, not against her. This is also why her fortune (mathematically accurate here) and North Node are in Scorpio. She's meant to move towards intensity, not hide from it.
Black Moon Lilith theoretically should be the same sign as Ayatsuji's (I chose not to think too much about his placements in general when making hers so there's inconsistencies) but I felt Capricorn fit her better. Lilith shows us where we have been shamed for our desires and Tsujimura is a highly competent agent who is dedicated to her job, even if others make fun of her for it. "You messed up by being born in the same era as me" is very Capricorn boss bitch energy. She also has a lot of cardinal energy, and cardinal signs love to initiate things.
Other charts:
Fyodor // Dazai // Fyozai synastry // Nikolai // Ayatsuji
Since I'm an Ayatsuji/gaiden glazer (privately) I'll discuss a few of these. He has a very intense chart with a lot of squares and oppositions...there's literally a fixed t-square going on between Scorpio, Aquarius, and Taurus.
Moon in Scorpio: emotions run deep into the underworld, but are kept very private. Scorpio moons have a vindictive side and keep score of everything. Bro was open about how he wanted to slime Kyougoku and wasn't ashamed either lmao. This moon placement is also great at reading ppl. It's like having a built in bullshit detector that is constantly going off.
Mars in Scorpio: of fucking course he has a freaky Mars with the kinky shit he is canonically into. In Hellenistic astrology, Mars is the ruler of Scorpio meaning the energy is expressed very strongly here, so bro has a high drive even if it's hidden behind a mask of Capricorn stoicism. Mars is our expression of desire and also how we fight. Ayatsuji doesn't attack directly, he observes...picks you apart psychologically, and doesn't show his hand until he's finished building the case against you. The intense surgical precision in which he takes ppl down is very Scorpio Mars.
Mercury & Venus in Aquarius: quick communication, witty banter and flirtation, sarcasm always lands. Extremelyy smart (obviously) and always wins debates. May have unusual hobbies/interests (doll basement anyone?). Mercury and Venus are squaring off against his moon which creates a mismatch between his emotions (deep attachment) vs how he expresses himself and his behavior in relationships (needing space/detachment). Venus in Aquarius can be known for being a little commitment-phobic or inconsistent in their expression of love, but it's forming a trine to his Saturn in Libra which means he does take relationships seriously.
Sun & Pluto in Capricorn: ignore that Dazai and Nikolai have Pluto in Sagittarius technically making Ayatsuji younger than them lol (I didn't consider other characters at all when assigning the outer planets). I felt that Capricorn Pluto fit him best bc Pluto is about transformation and Capricorn is related to the material world and established power structures, something Ayatsuji's ability easily disrupts. His sun and Pluto being tightly conjunct (like Fyodor, and like me lol) mean his identity is fused to his power. He doesn't just have power, he is power. Plutonic individuals also tend to be very intense and influential, but it comes with a tendency to be exposed to traumatic events and the darker aspects of life (death, violence, obsession, etc) frequently.
Fortune in Libra: may seem unusual (it mathematically should be Pisces but meh I'll choose vibes over accuracy here like with Dazai) but if you've read the novel you know Ayatsuji finds his greatest fortune through his partnership with Tsujimura, and Kyougoku specifically set it up so that they would work together. He wasn't meant to do it all on his own.
South Node in Pisces: I'll stop here bc it's getting long (there's much more to unpack tho, again ignore the vertex bc I didn't make one) but risking his life and faking his death to protect Tsujimura? Peak SN Pisces moment, as Pisces has a tendency to play the role of the martyr.
Decided to post this one for his birthday. Again ignore the vertex (Vx) bc I didn't assign one. I could, but since I didn't do it for Fyodor or Dazai I want to keep it fair. He doesn't have a traditional stellium, but he does have a lot of sag, aries, and gemini energy. Like Dazai, bro has almost nothing stabilizing him but he does have a grand fire trine...which could cause more instability 😳
I'll be the first to admit that I haven't really studied Nikolai's character and it doesn't help that there's very little we know in canon, so I tried to channel him based on ~vibes~ alone. If someone thinks this is incorrect and wants to have a go at it, they are welcome to remake as long as they credit me for the idea (since I'm the first person to come up with it). The same rules apply if anyone decides to take this information and create a synastry between other characters.
(Edited bc I didn't resonate with the original pluto placement + fixed part of fortune)
Ignore the vertex (Vx) row/column as I didn't actually assign him a Vertex point. Explaining everything would be a lot of work I don't personally feel like doing for a character I'm not that passionate about (unlike Fyodor). I'm sharing this mainly for reference in case any Dazai fans wanna play around with it whether it be checking their own compatibility with him or using it to create a synastry report for their own ships (if you do this and post it, then I expect credit for using my placements). I might post other characters for fans to reference in the future.
Side note bro has practically no earth energy, (I don't count the North Node) meaning there's absolutely nothing stabilizing this guy. He's a bomb (like me with my air/fire dominant chart pfft). There's also much more hard/tense (red lines) than harmonious aspects. Typical Dazai (again can't make fun of him tho bc I have multiple planet oppositions + Yod lol).
Based off my original analysis of Fyodor's chart. I created placements for Dazai to see how they would interact with Fyodor's and this is the result:
Harmonious Aspects:
[Fyodor] Sun conjunct [Dazai] South Node (tight orb) - Dazai’s South Node (past habits) sits right on Fyodor’s Sun. This is a massive "Past Life" indicator. Dazai feels like he has "already lived" the life Fyodor is currently leading. He knows Fyodor's tricks because they used to be his tricks. Dazai represents a version of the "power/control" life that Fyodor is currently obsessed with. He is essentially a "graduate" of the dark, Plutonian school Fyodor is currently headmaster of. Dazai’s presence reminds Fyodor that there is something beyond the "will to power. Therefore Dazai must "defeat" Fyodor to finally move past his own dark nature.
[Fyodor] Sun conjunct [Dazai] Fortune - This means that Fyodor’s very existence, his thoughts, his speech, his identity is "fortunate" for Dazai. Fyodor provides the intellectual stimulation that makes Dazai feel "alive." They are valuable to each other's growth, even if it hurts.
[Fyodor] Moon sextile [Dazai] Moon - They share a need for freedom and intellectual detachment. Neither of them wants to be "smothered." This allows them to coexist in the same space without demanding emotional labor from the other. There is emotional harmony here.
[Fyodor] Moon conjunct [Dazai] Neptune (wide orb, same sign) - A very spiritual aspect where both tend to sense each other's moods, dream about each other, and even have a sort of telepathic-like bond. There is much devotion here, especially on the moon person (Fyodor's) end. A common effect of this aspect is feeling like you've "assimilated" with the other person, and it becomes hard to tell where one person's feelings end and the other begins. However, the conjunction being in detached Aquarius makes it less prone to getting carried away by fantasy and delusion.
[Fyodor] Moon sextile [Dazai] Pluto - The Moon represents the subconscious and emotional needs, while Pluto represents power, death, and what is hidden. Fyodor’s very presence (Pluto) acts as a probe into Dazai’s inner world (Moon). Fyodor doesn't just listen to Dazai; he excavates him. Normally, Dazai (Gemini/Sagittarius heavy) uses wit to deflect. But because of this sextile, he can't hide from Fyodor. He feels "seen" in a way that is both terrifying and deeply validating.
[Fyodor] Mercury conjunct [Dazai] South Node (wide orb, same sign) - Fyodor’s way of thinking feels hauntingly familiar to Dazai. Fyodor speaks to Dazai’s "past self": the darker, more nihilistic parts of Dazai that he is trying to evolve away from.
[Fyodor] Venus trine [Dazai] Mars (tight orb) - This trine is a more fun and lighthearted aspect of pure attraction, magnetism, and really hot sex. The trine being in air signs means the attraction is not just physical, it's intellectual. There is an aesthetic appreciation and a shared love for the "game" of pursuit. They flirt through words. Dazai's Mars in Gemini provides the wit, and Fyodor's Venus in Libra provides the charm.
[Fyodor] Uranus & Neptune conjunct [Dazai] Pluto (tight orb) - Dazai has the power to completely shatter Fyodor’s ideals and his sense of order. He acts as a "deconstructor" for Fyodor. Every time Fyodor thinks he has a grand vision, Dazai’s Pluto presence introduces a chaotic reality check.
[Fyodor] Pluto trine [Dazai] Saturn (exact) - In karmic terms, this is a "Blood Pact." It suggests that in a past life (or a previous cycle), these two were part of a rigid, powerful structure such as an underground organization or a secret priesthood. Dazai (Saturn) provided the defense/structure, and Fyodor (Pluto) provided the raw power. They are "indebted" to each other’s survival. Even as enemies, they feel a heavy, Saturnian responsibility to ensure the other is the only one who gets to take them down.
[Fyodor] Chiron trine [Dazai] Mercury (tight orb) - Fyodor’s deepest wound (Chiron in Aquarius=feeling like an alien or an outcast from humanity) is "spoken to" by Dazai’s intellect. Dazai is one of the few people who can actually understand Fyodor’s logical extremes. However, because it’s a trine, Dazai might use this understanding to "intellectualize" Fyodor’s pain rather than heal it.
[Fyodor] Fortune trine [Dazai] Ascendant - Their connection actually brings out a "softer" or more "spiritual" side of the relationship that they both likely hide from the world. It suggests that despite the rivalry, there is a weirdly "blessed" quality to their interaction.
[Fyodor] Midheaven sextile [Dazai] Saturn - Dazai actually provides a strange kind of "structure" to Fyodor’s mission. By being the perfect antagonist, Dazai gives Fyodor’s Virgo MC a reason to exist. Without a "chaos" like Dazai to organize against, Fyodor’s meticulously planned order has no purpose.
Hard/Tension Aspects
[Fyodor] Sun square [Dazai] Midheaven (tight orb) - This creates a "clash of titans" in the public eye. Fyodor wants to operate in the dark (Scorpio), but Dazai’s actions naturally drag everything into the spotlight (Leo). Dazai makes it impossible for Fyodor to remain a "ghost."
[Fyodor] Mercury quincunx [Dazai] Mercury - This is the "frequency mismatch." They are both geniuses, but they speak different languages. Fyodor communicates in subtext, silence, and strategy (Scorpio); Dazai communicates in wordplay, diversions, and rapid-fire logic (Gemini). They are constantly "re-calculating" each other.
[Fyodor] Venus opposition [Dazai] Venus - Because they are opposites, they find each other’s "style" fascinating. Dazai’s chaotic, fiery approach to social interaction is the exact thing Fyodor’s Libran Venus wants to "balance" or tame. Conversely, Fyodor’s calm, detached grace is a challenge Dazai's Aries Venus wants to disrupt.
[Fyodor] Venus square [Dazai] Chiron (tight orb) - This is a "rejection" aspect. Dazai’s wound is likely rooted in a lack of belonging or emotional safety (Cancer). When Fyodor tries to be diplomatic or use his charm (Venus in Libra), it feels "fake" or "superficial" to Dazai. Fyodor’s attempts at harmony actually irritate Dazai’s insecurities.
[Fyodor] Mars quincunx [Dazai] Neptune - Fyodor tries to act with precision (Virgo), but Dazai’s Neptune creates a "fog." Fyodor finds it difficult to land a direct hit on Dazai because Dazai is constantly shifting forms.
[Fyodor] Jupiter quincunx [Dazai] Sun - Dazai’s very existence (Sun) challenges Fyodor’s belief systems (Jupiter). Fyodor may view Dazai as a "heretic" or an anomaly that shouldn't exist according to his worldview.
[Fyodor] Saturn opposition [Dazai] Saturn - Stalemate aspect. Fyodor represents the "Cold Authority" (Capricorn), while Dazai represents the "Defensive Shell" (Cancer). They act as each other's "Wall." Neither can gain total dominance over the other because their defensive strategies are perfectly opposed. Fyodor tries to build a prison; Dazai ensures the prison is made of glass.
[Fyodor] Lilith opposition [Dazai] Moon (tight orb) - This is a classic "Nightmare/Dream" opposition. Lilith in Gemini is the "Trickster" archetype; using words to manipulate or destroy. When this opposes Dazai’s Moon, it creates an emotional tug-of-war. Fyodor’s "shadow" (Lilith) constantly challenges Dazai’s emotional comfort (Moon). Fyodor knows exactly what to say to make Dazai lose his cool. Basically, "I will use your own feelings to unbalance you."
[Fyodor] Midheaven square [Dazai] Mars (tight orb) - Dazai’s actions and chaotic nature directly interfere with Fyodor’s "mission" or public reputation. He is essentially a "glitch" in Fyodor’s perfectly planned system.
[Fyodor] Midheaven square [Dazai] Lilith - Dazai’s rebellious, "nothing matters" streak (Lilith in Sag) acts as a direct middle finger to Fyodor’s carefully constructed public image and "divine mission" (Midheaven in Virgo). Dazai takes joy in being the "chaos" that ruins Fyodor’s "order."
Additional aspects table (I tried to focus on just a few important ones bc there are too many)
House overlays (using whole sign):
Dazai's Moon in Fyodor's 1st house - Dazai’s emotional nature is "visible" to Fyodor’s physical self. His moods and instincts press directly against Fyodor’s identity. This creates a strange comfort where Fyodor feels like Dazai is a part of him, or at least a constant presence in his personal "bubble."
Dazai's Lilith in Fyodor's 1st house - as soon as Fyodor walks into a room, Dazai’s darkest, most rebellious instincts are triggered. To Dazai, Fyodor looks like temptation or trouble. In turn, Fyodor sees his own repressed darkness reflected in Dazai’s physical presence. Dazai represents a "wildness" or a "rebellion" that Fyodor might find both repulsive and deeply fascinating. It adds a "fatal attraction" energy to their rivalry.
Dazai's Pluto in Fyodor's 1st/12th house cusp - This is the "Haunting." Dazai’s power and darkness sit right on the edge of Fyodor’s subconscious. He has the ability to "unmask" Fyodor or trigger his hidden fears simply by being there. Pluto here can spark obsession and power struggles as Fyodor feels intensely seen and transformed by Dazai's presence. This is identity activation.
Dazai's Uranus + Neptune in Fyodor's 3rd house - Dazai’s very presence disrupts Fyodor’s thought patterns. In the 3rd House of communication and logic, Dazai acts as a "wild card." Fyodor, who prides himself on being a master strategist, finds Dazai’s ideas unpredictable, erratic, and occasionally brilliant. It is a mental "spark" that keeps Fyodor on his toes. Neptune adds a layer of mental deception or "mist." Dazai can easily gaslight or confuse Fyodor’s logical processing. While Uranus provides the "shock," Neptune provides the "smoke screen." Fyodor may find it difficult to pin down Dazai’s true intentions, as Dazai’s words feel ethereal or misleading to him.
Dazai's Venus in Fyodor's 5th house - This makes their interactions feel like a high-stakes game or a performance. There is a strange, competitive "affection" or attraction to the brilliance of the other. Since the 5th house is also the house of creativity, hobbies, dating, and pleasure seeking, with Venus (planet of love, money, and beauty) here it could be said that Dazai literally activates Fyodor's "crush energy".
Dazai's Gemini stellium (Sun, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter) in Fyodor's 7th - The 7th House is the house of marriage/partnership as well as open enemies and Dazai literally fills this space for Fyodor. His chaos, wit, and aggression are constantly directed at Fyodor. Fyodor cannot ignore Dazai because Dazai occupies the space of the "Other", the person Fyodor is forced to deal with most. Dazai's sun being here especially means that he embodies the archetype of Fyodor's "ideal partner" despite being an open enemy.
Dazai's Saturn + Chiron in Fyodor's 8th house - This is a classic "Karmic Debt" placement. Dazai holds the "key" to Fyodor’s deepest transformations. Fyodor likely feels a sense of "dread" or heavy responsibility around Dazai, as he is the only one who can make Fyodor feel limited. Dazai's Saturn forces Fyodor to confront the "debt" of his actions. Chiron being here means he has a way of poking at the "rot" in Fyodor’s psyche. Dazai forces Fyodor to face the parts of himself he’d rather keep buried.
Fyodor's Scorpio stellium (Sun, Mercury, Jupiter, Pluto) in Dazai's 1st - Fyodor’s very essence is "projected" onto Dazai’s persona. People might even mistake their energy for one another because Fyodor’s core (Sun) sits in Dazai’s house of self. Fyodor weighs heavily on Dazai’s identity; Dazai is constantly "wearing" Fyodor’s intensity.
Fyodor's Uranus + Neptune in Dazai's 2nd house - The 2nd House rules one’s sense of security, self-worth, and tangible resources. Fyodor’s Uranus here suggests that he is a source of instability for Dazai. Fyodor has the power to suddenly "upend" Dazai’s sense of safety or his internal value system. It’s an unsettling placement where Dazai can never quite feel secure when Fyodor is involved. Neptune creates a "dissolving" effect on Dazai’s boundaries. Fyodor might make Dazai question what he actually values or whether his worldview is even "real." There is a spiritual or sacrificial quality here; Fyodor may make Dazai feel like his material world or his hard-earned defenses are slipping through his fingers.
Fyodor's Saturn in Dazai's 3rd house - Fyodor acts as a "Mental Censor" for Dazai. Every time Dazai tries to be clever or speak, Fyodor’s Saturn is there to provide gravity, limitations, or judgment. Fyodor is the "strict teacher" to Dazai’s "rowdy student."
Fyodor's Moon in Dazai's 4th house - Fyodor’s emotional detachment and "god-complex" logic sit in Dazai’s house of "Home and Roots." This is deeply invasive. It suggests Fyodor knows Dazai’s "private" self, the part Dazai hides from the world. He feels like a cold, ghostly presence in Dazai’s "inner sanctum."
Fyodor's Chiron in Dazai's 4th house - This is a very interesting overlay in which Fyodor's Chiron activates Dazai's 4th house of home, family, and emotional safety, all of which are Cancerian themes (Dazai's Chiron) being that Cancer rules the 4th house. This means being around Fyodor brings these wounds related to Cancerian themes to the surface. Dazai is hyperaware of his own wounds because Fyodor reflects them back to him.
Fyodor's Lilith in Dazai's 8th house - This creates an atmosphere of psychological warfare and dark obsession. Fyodor taps into Dazai’s most taboo thoughts and his relationship with death. This overlay often indicates a "mutual destruction" pact, they are drawn to the darkest parts of each other with a clinical yet intoxicating intensity.
Fyodor's Mars in Dazai's 11th house - Fyodor’s drive lands in Dazai’s house of community, friends, and hopes. Any action Fyodor takes towards his goals puts these precious things in jeopardy for Dazai. He acts as the cold, calculating factor in Dazai’s long-term social maneuvers.
Fyodor's Venus in Dazai's 12th house - Fyodor’s "love" or values are hidden from Dazai. There is a sense of "hidden beauty" or a secret appreciation that Dazai can never quite grasp. Personal planets landing in the 12th house are extremely karmic and can cause confusion, emotional fog, and being psychologically "hooked" or obsessed with figuring the person out.
Extra interesting tidbits:
There is a lot of mirroring between their charts (just like in canon). What Fyodor projects to the world (Sagittarius Ascendant) is Dazai’s internal emotional landscape (Moon/Pluto in Sagittarius). What Dazai projects (Scorpio Ascendant) to the world is Fyodor’s core essence (Scorpio Sun/Stellium). This pattern is observed within their Lilith signs as well. Fyodor’s Lilith is in Gemini (Dazai’s Sun sign) and Dazai’s Lilith is in Sagittarius (Fyodor’s Ascendant sign), meaning they essentially embody each other's shadows. Fyodor sees Dazai and recognizes his own "reckless chaos" he tries to suppress. Dazai sees Fyodor and recognizes the "cold manipulation" he tries to hide behind a mask of jokes. There is a heavy polarization too with Fyodor's chart being dominated by fixed energy (Scorpio stellium) and Dazai's being dominated by mutable energy (Gemini stellium). if Fyodor is the immovable object, then Dazai is the unstoppable force. Both of their stelliums also land in the "scary"/bad 12th and 8th houses respectively.
I hope this all made sense and wasn't too long of a read (I really tried to condense it as much as possible). Astrology is complicated even to seasoned astrologers and trying to explain it in laymans terms without overwhelming anybody is even harder. I might post Dazai's chart separately later just so ppl can look at it and play around with it if they wish.
🪐 Fyodor astrological headcanons and analysis - a love letter to my favorite character of nearly a decade🪐
Sun in Scorpio 19° (12th house)
Scorpio isn’t afraid of getting their hands (their bodies, their minds) dirty. The darker side of life intrigues them, and they’re always ready to investigate. They have tremendous staying power. They’re not in the slightest intimidated by anybody or anything. Trauma seems to follow them wherever they go. The Sun in the twelfth house indicates a desire for perfection. These people are usually interested in psychology and research of psychological phenomena. Even though they may feel the need to interact with others, they often feel alienated even in the middle of a social event.
Moon in Aquarius 24° (3rd house)
Moon in Aquarius people are extremely observant. They are lifetime students of human nature, loving to analyze why people do what they do. Whether due to character or conditioning, Moon in Aquarius people often grow up feeling “different.” Although rather sociable, they are often loners at heart. Many have strong egos, or at least powerful defense mechanisms, and most Lunar Aquarians will do their best to be the most unique and unusual person they can be. Their inner feeling of loneliness –that they don’t quite fit in– puts them on the outside, looking in. The Moon in the third house creates diligent students, especially in the field of history, archaeology and other subjects that have a connection with the past. These people are intellectually inquiring and have an emotional desire for mental growth. They have a good memory and their mind is full of all kinds of details and facts.
Mercury in Scorpio 27° (12th house)
Mercury in Scorpio is adept at learning the source and the core of any problem or issue. They are blessed (or cursed, depending on how you want to look at it) with the observation skills of a surveillance camera, seeming to just see all and know all. Sometimes they can be quite “dark” because of their tendency to focus on the false in order to get to the truth. These people detest superficiality. They come across as suspicious and can annoy other, more optimistic people with their negative take on things. Mercury in the twelfth house represents the subconscious mind. These people have a tendency to be secretive and they do not like to express their feelings, especially in public.
Venus in Libra 9° (11th house) Rx
Venus in Libra people will try to impress you with their kindness, evenhandedness, and willingness to make your relationship work. They have a polished manner in love, which sometimes makes them appear insincere or superficial. They are gentle lovers who hate to be offended. They are threatened by bad manners and direct or abrasive expression of feelings. They not only prefer to choose the middle road, they seek the middle ground in their relationships. When Venus is placed in the 11th house, financial gains and fulfillment of hopes and dreams come through networking.
Mars in Virgo 15° (10th house)
People with Mars in Virgo may be quite demanding - they have high expectations of themselves as well as of others. Their work is very precise and admirable, but sometimes they forget that they should not try to do the impossible. Favorably aspected Mars in Virgo gives people ambition and intelligence. They can quickly understand tasks and continually work on them. Their mental abilities are strongly developed. Their scientific dispositions allow them to use their rationality and logic in research and business. Their readiness and creativity ensure progress and success. In the 10th house, this intensity and precision is directed towards their career.
Jupiter in Scorpio 29° (12th house)
People with Jupiter in Scorpio hate manifestations of superficial happiness, whether it is behavior of other people or their own. The dark side of their nature is the place where the most precious feelings are hidden. They will go through hell to destroy the weepy and shaggy parts that threaten or hinder the discovery of this preciousness. Jupiter placed in the 12th house is often considered the guardian angel position — something seems to save them just in the nick of time. Solitude, working alone, and meditation brings great pleasure and a sense of rejuvenation.
Saturn in Capricorn 20° (2nd house) Rx
People with Saturn in Capricorn keep track of their goals with unquenchable determination regardless of time and they can be compared to the Rock of Gibraltar without exaggeration. In spite of all the obstacles and failures, they eventually achieve great success and they are respected by others. Saturn in the second house suggests ambition and diligence in connection with material security and ability to save money. These people are cunning and prudent in money matters. They also have a strict value system and very black and white thinking around right and wrong.
Uranus in Sagittarius 18° (1st house) Rx

They often have revolutionary thoughts and may challenge authority or rules and laws in place if they are believed to be limiting progress, seeking to revolutionize the ways we view others, different cultures, and belief systems. Neptune in Sagittarius 14° (1st house)
People with Neptune in Sagittarius use their creative abilities to serve ideals, whether these ideals are their own or somebody´s else. They tend to serve their faith or religion. In any case, their thoughts and opinions are influenced by philosophical insights, and they are happy to help develop some religious or philosophical ideal. Pluto in Scorpio 22° (12th house) Rx
People with Pluto in Scorpio have a passionate desire for mystery. They like to use intrigues and they have a great disposition for personal transformation that can happen especially through their desires. Pluto in the twelfth house creates people who spend time wondering about the mysteries of life, death, and higher consciousness. Pluto in this position sometimes means a connection with people in the exile and the lowest class of their society. In the worst case, it can mean a violent person who forces others do things. At best, this can mean a person who is fighting for better position of less successful members of society. In any case, Pluto can create karmic influences that cannot be controlled.
Sagittarius Rising 0° (1st house)
Sagittarius Rising people have opinions about everything, and they just love telling others exactly what they are. Not all people with this position are outgoing folk, but they all have a way of moving about that at least exudes a certain level of confidence. These individuals are somewhat restless and often active people. They always seem to be looking for something that is just out of grasp — and many do this their entire lives. They can be quite direct at times, yet they are likable enough to forgive for their faux-pas.
North Node in Pisces 21° (4th house)
The North Node in Pisces energy relates to a life of surrender, compassion, and faith in life’s mysteries. This placement is about trusting intuition and the unseen currents that carry us forward. Pisces energy is connected to dissolving boundaries, embracing unity, and letting creativity, empathy, and spiritual awareness guide them. For those with this nodal placement, the challenge is about releasing rigid systems and leaning into a truth that cannot be measured but can always be felt. When placed in the 4th house, the soul's journey involves establishing deep emotional roots - creating a genuine home that allows the natal to be imperfect, tired, sad, or simply ordinary. Where being is enough without doing anything to earn that right.
South Node in Virgo 21° (10th house)
The South Node represents the patterns and habits that were already mastered – attitudes that were adapted for safety but now limit growth. In Virgo, the tendency leans toward perfectionism, over-analysis, and continual problem-solving. At its best, Virgo South Node grants the natal discernment, practicality, and a strong work ethic. However, if the natal stays stuck there, they risk becoming overly critical, excessively anxious, or caught in endless cycles of worry. They may mistake control for safety when, in reality, the soul craves something much deeper. The 10th house South Node natal is fluent in the language of ambition, authority, and external accomplishment. Many have spent lifetimes - or a large portion of their current lives using work as an escape hatch from emotional vulnerability. Growth happens when the natal learns to balance their work and public persona with their emotional needs and private life.
Chiron in Aquarius 28° (3rd house)
Trauma caused by inability to implement Utopian visions, the impossibility of carrying out reforms in society and building the ideal society. Disappointment in friends that often does not cease to hurt even in old age, and from time to time this wound reopens. When placed in the 3rd house, Chiron carries wounds related to speech and self-expression. The natal feels as if they are constantly misunderstood. In childhood, they may have felt like they had to watch what they say or be faced with consequences, particularly at home or at school. Healing this placement requires the natal to unapologetically express their ideas, doubly so when paired with the rebel sign of Aquarius.
Black Moon Lilith in Gemini 23° (7th house)
(Similar to 3rd house Chiron) This placement signifies a profound wound related to the right to communicate one’s truth, acquire knowledge, and maintain intellectual integrity. Lilith here suggests an early rejection or punishment for speaking out, asking difficult questions, or possessing too much knowledge. The natal may lash out by weaponizing the power of words, using communication for manipulation, deception, or spreading half-truths to gain power. In the 7th house, relationships can feel like a tug of war battle for equality. Power struggles, trust issues, and emotional avoidance are common hurdles. These are also very beautiful individuals who leave lasting impressions. Years after a breakup, their ex partners still remember them.
Lot of Fortune: 5° Pisces (4th house)
This placement indicates someone who is not focused on fortune at all, but rather, one who seeks spiritual ascension. The natal seeks to gain understanding from this life, of life itself. They are seeking to cleanse old karma and move progressively forward on a spiritual plane rather than a material one. Those with a Lot of Fortune in Pisces seek out treasure for the quest. They care about quests. As if they were a knight, they seek to prove their worth, to be valiant and to save others. Here is someone
who learns for the sake of learning; achieves for the sake of learning, not for the sake of achievement; and dreams big. In the fourth house, this could indicate the continuation of a line of work in this lifetime that the natal had done in a past life.
MC (10th house): Virgo
A person with Midheaven in Virgo has a strong sense of duty, and they put a lot of thought and mental energy into their career. There’s a perfectionist in them, which can sometimes delay and lead to indecision or frequent changes of direction. These people seek to be correct and thorough, and are averse to taking risks. This Midheaven may have received very different messages from parents or caregivers, where one is more practical and rules-oriented, and another is more compassionate and emphasizing emotional development.
IC (4th house): Pisces
Nadir in the dreamy, boundary-less sign of Pisces suggests a rich inner world that may or may not be supported by reality. Life tends to feel topsy turvy for these individuals, especially at home - it's not uncommon for this placement to have one or both parents afflicted with either mental illness or addiction. Being the last sign of the zodiac and connected to the 12th house of isolation, the social battery of these natives depletes rather quickly and they require alone time to recharge. The most positive aspect of this placement is access to an unlimited well of creativity expressed through art, music, dance, poetry, and the like.
DC (7th house): Gemini
People with a Gemini descendent pursue connections based on intellectual connection. They are attracted to people who are witty, smart, and great conversationalists. Mental connection is more important to them than emotions in the long run. These people enjoy sharing what they know with others―and want people around who are open to being taught. The descendant in Gemini wants to explore the world together while having fun. Mental connection is a must with this placement. If a person cannot spark fascinating conversations, there is no chance for the relationship to work out in the long run. It also helps if the sense of humor is compatible.
CR: Jupiter
The chart ruler reflects the core energy guiding the person's life direction. Jupiter is the planet of expansion, ideals, wisdom, and higher learning. When Jupiter is favorably aspected, this is an auspicious placement that promotes luck, optimism, and expanded consciousness. If Jupiter is weak or afflicted, the natal may have difficulty receiving life's blessings and may be predisposed to the shadow aspects of Jupiter such as overindulgence or moral superiority.
Major planetary aspects:
Sun conjunct Pluto - The Sun represents the ego, and because it’s attached to transformative Pluto, the natal might undergo many periods of self-renewal in their lifetime. People with this aspect tend to be very powerful in society and can inspire obsession in others.
Sun conjunct Mercury - Because the ego and the mind are aligned, people with Sun conjunct Mercury possess much mental energy. The result is much intelligence and communication ability, and a lot of pride invested in intellectual capacities.
Mercury conjunct Pluto - This aspect is intellectually fascinated with all that is hidden, taboo, secret, or suppressed. While it’s often a subtle thing, these people can be provocative, sarcastic, or cutting in their communications. There is an inclination towards manipulation, especially alongside similar placements.
Mercury conjunct Jupiter - People with a Mercury-Jupiter alignment in their natal charts enjoy philosophizing, exploring, discovering, and speculating on mental levels. These people usually have a lot to say about religion, philosophy, the law, education–anything that involves the advancement of humanity.
Moon square Sun - What people who were born with Sun square Moon in their natal charts want and what they need are in conflict. These people generally have a need to achieve and accomplish something important, and they act out their internal struggle along the way. For whatever reason, these people didn’t feel needed or accepted.
Moon square Pluto - These people crave a deep feeling of belonging and intimate connection with others, and yet their approach to realizing these desires is often self-defeating. Power struggles, manipulation, and emotional volatility are problematic themes with this aspect. Also called a Hades moon, is typically found when the natal has an abusive or overly controlling mother figure.
Venus sextile Neptune - Romantic, creative, gentle, and adaptable, people born with Venus sextile Neptune naturally express the finer qualities of mysterious and dreamy Neptune in their love relationships. Their imaginations are rich and their fantasy worlds well-developed..
Venus sextile Uranus - These people can readily see through insincerity in others. In relationships, tolerance is the most important “ingredient” to these people. Their sexual preferences are somewhat unconventional, and they won’t be happy with a partner who tries to limit their sexual expression.
Saturn sextile Pluto - With Saturn forming a sextile to Pluto in the birth chart, the natal could feel a strong sense of karmic mission. Exercising self-discipline and working hard can be transformative. These people believe in putting effort into achieving their goals, and have a strong eye for what needs improving and what they should put behind them.
There are more than just these but this post was already super long and I don't wanna overwhelm ppl, especially those who don't understand astrology (I didn't even go through the empty houses LOL). There is sooo much more room for discussion though looking at his chart pattern, the degrees of each placement, stelliums, etc etc (I even accidentally inserted fyozai crumbs bc Dazai's sun sign which is gemini falls in Fyodor's 7th house of marriage hehe) and if anyone who is well versed in astrology reads this I'd LOVE to hear your thoughts! Rules for interaction, references, and how to check your compatibility with Fyodor in the comments :)
This is not the type of content I would normally share here but this was kind of a major creative project and therefore I feel it has a place on this blog too.
Sorry, I have no idea when I'll get back into making edits/gifs. I'm not stable at the moment.
I know my life was blessed from beginning to end. I had so many people helping me, and I met you. I have faith that you'll all be just fine. And I'll always, always love you.
- I am not good with words, and my failure to convey to you what I was thinking has made you suffer [...] I may have made you worry for the past twenty years...but I...
- Silly. You really never realized it? You've been saying it all this time. Your eyes, your voice, your bearing, your actions...all this time.
Thank you for staying my friend. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you keeping me grounded. I hope we'll continue to be lifelong friends bc I honestly can't stand the thought of being separated from you. Eat lots of treats and give yourself permission to punch someone in the face if they're mean to you. Nikolai would approve 😇
"I know every step you've taken on your path here. I was watching...but watching is all I was doing. So if you can, I'd like you to tell me yourself — what you have thought, how you have felt, and how much weight you have carried. I want to know. After all, I'm the Witch of Greed, who wants to know everything in this world. That's me...Echidna."
