Do you have anyone that when they pop into your thoughts, you smile, even if its just on the inside? Someone that melts away any stress or problems at the end of the day? Absolutely lights up any room she enters? (Even in her bum attire.. pj pants, my tshirt and a beanie 😂) This is that girl for me. Always encouraging, pushing me to be better even though she isnt trying to, loves me unconditionally regardless of my flaws (forgetful, hermit, gamer and dork) and will always be by my side, even if she's angry with me. I couldn't ask for more from a soul mate. So here is to love, and how I hope everyone finds it someday, just like @fit_blondiex3 and I have. #wcw

I was planning a pretty hefty cardio workout today that involved being outside, but with the heat advisory, I'm going to change it up and combine two of my favorite kettlebell workouts together and build strength and build that core! Heat is no excuse! There is no shame in getting your workout done in the AC. We are trying to be healthy after all, and heat stroke is not healthy! :p #fitlife #fitfam #fitness #4eyedfit

Workout of the day! Add this series to your strength training for a killer supplemental cardio/functional strength addition. Do set A 3 times without stopping (if you can!), then take a 1-2 minute rest and do set B 5 times through. (I go back and forth 15 yards 5 times) Take a minute.. then do set C. High intensity! Who says you need a gym and all kinds of machines and weights to work out? Body weight exercises are easily done in your living room, and are a great way for beginners and veterans alike. (vets can use kettlebells!) Try this workout with me today! Go through the main set as a circuit (one after another, minimal breaks) which adds a spice of cardio to the routine. If you're brave, do the main set twice with a 1 minute break in between. Believe in yourself, and push yourself, and you can have the body you want so badly!
