“would you mind passing me a napkin?” the blonde questioned, as she held her shirt out for inspection. “some asshole bumped into me on the way in and didn’t even bother to stop and check if i was okay.” a small groan escaped olivia’s lips. “i mean who does that? knocks hot drinks into people and then don’t even have the courtesy to check in.” a soft smile spread across her lips as she reached for the napkin. “this stain isn’t going to come out but i can at least be hopeful right? wishful thinking and all that.”
Aisha held out a napkin. “You’d think so, right? Like, where could you possibly be going in such a hurry that you couldn’t even turn around and say sorry?” She scoffed. Aisha had learned very quickly after moving here that the stereotype that British people were always polite was not always the case. “Surely a siphoning spell would work? All hope can’t be lost.”
