đđđđđđ đđđđđđđđđđ đđđđđđđ. (đđ. đ)
so iâm rewatching a number of shows based in the zombie apocalypse genre atm, but letâs be totally brutally honest, all of us are dead are absolutely responsible for this! anyway, these are all dialogue prompts, iâm only on episode 1 of twd so be ready for like, a LOT of parts of this!! basically, donât add to this list, okay? okay. i hope ye enjoy them!
â how have you survived all this time on your own? â
â thereâs strength in numbers, you know. you should come with me. â
â i know a place. itâs secure, isolated⌠itâs safe. if we get there, we stand a good chance. that is⌠assuming you wanna team up with me? â
â iâll keep watch tonight. you try and get some sleep, okay? â
â what do you miss most? about before? â
â you wonât get far if you donât know how to use a weapon. i can teach you, if you like? â
â if we could get to the airport, or the coast⌠theyâve got to be evacuating people, right? â
â letâs set up camp here for tonight. weâre no good if we canât keep our eyes open to see whatâs coming for us. â
â the radio works. we canât call for help, but⌠i found a station thatâs still playing music. â
â is⌠is that a bite? â
â no! no, donât come any closer⌠i got bit. â
â no⌠no, no, please⌠tell me you didnât get bit trying to save me. â
â itâs my fault you got bit! â
â hey, hey⌠we donât have time to argue, love. okay? i got enough time to get you somewhere safe before i turn, but⌠only if we go right now. okay? â
â what should we call them? zombies feels kinda silly, doesnât it? â
â theyâre faster than i thought theyâd be. usually⌠i mean, in the movies⌠theyâre usually so slow. â
â aim for the head! havenât you ever seen a zombie movie before?! â
â listen⌠we have a camp set up nearby. thereâs a group of us; strength in numbers, you know? why donât you join us? â
â youâre really naive if you think for one second that the governmentâs gonna fix all this. weâre on our own. us and the infected. â
â letâs stop for a second, okay? if that wound of yours gets much worse, the zombies might not have to kill you. â
â jesus⌠iâve never seen a horse that big beforeâŚÂ â
â itâs⌠itâs crazy, i-iâve never seen one⌠never seen one up close like that before. â
â did you get bitten? scratched? anything? â
â give me a hand boarding up the windows, will you? â
â we need water, medicine, ammo and food. in that order. okay? â
â itâs okay⌠itâs okay, they wonât be able to get through that barricade, i promise. weâre safe. weâre safe. â
â your walletâs useless now; itâs just bits of paper. the world we knew is gone. weâll be paying with bullets and antibiotics from now on. â
â you think they can smell us or hear us? you know, which of their senses is stronger since they turned? â
â i donât know who the bigger threat is; the dead, or the living. â
â hurry! that barricade wonât hold them off for long! â
â damn it! weâre out of gas⌠looks like weâre gonna have to walk the rest of the way. get your weapons out and ready, and keep quiet, okay? â
â i heard it on the radio a couple of days ago. it sounded too good to be true, at first. a camp of survivors, food, shelter, protection⌠but maybe we should try and find it? â
â what did you do? you know, before? â
â youâre bleeding⌠from a bite? scratch? anything from one of those dead monsters?! â
â i used to be with another group. it didnât last long. â
â hey, hey, donât add so many logs to the fire. the dead might see it. â
â you know what i donât miss about before? traffic jams. â
â do you think we turn regardless? or do we have to be bitten first? â
â hey, iâm thinking of heading out later for a supply run. wanna join me? â
â maybe itâs just us. maybe the rest of the world is okay, zombie-free. â
â do you think we might be the only people left alive? you know, other than the infected? â
â we need to find somewhere more long-term. with land to farm and fresh water, somewhere high up and isolated. somewhere we can survive and live until this mess is over. â
â hurry! come with me, theyâll have heard the gunshot! â
â hey⌠listen, we⌠we gotta go now. you canât stay with them. theyâre gone, you know it, they know it⌠itâs too late for them now. we need to move away before they turnâŚÂ â
â no sense in leaving now, they have us surrounded. weâll camp here for the night; theyâll be gone by morning. â
â did you know anyone who got bit? who turned? â
â you think they remember anything from their past, after they turn? â
â we just need to wait until the scientists come up with a cure, thatâs all. â
â promise you wonât let me become one of those. promise⌠promise youâll stop me before i turn. â
â theyâre not alive. okay? itâs not like killing an actual living human being. theyâre dead, and theyâre starving, and theyâre dangerous, and you have to be ready to kill them in a heartbeat. â
â thereâs an evacuation centre up north. if we get there⌠even if we donât get on a plane, we could stay there. they say the cold affects the dead. â
â iâm gonna teach you how to shoot, because the way things are looking now, youâre a bigger danger to yourself than the dead. â
â use your knife, the gunshotâll draw more! â
