L:"Mommy was really sad that your mom died"

S:"Aw, I am too, its okay to be sad"

L:"We were supposed to bring a picture to school, of someone who died, to remember them"

S:"Oh yeah, did you bring one?"

L:"No, I forgot. But I wanted to bring a picture of your mom"

S:"Oh thats so sweet"

L:"Yeah, because she's the only person in my family that died, no one else in my family has died"

S:"Well, thank you for thinking of her"

I'm glad others think of her.

I had a dream there was a knock on the door, we didn't want to answer, the kid went to open it. "NO" we shouted. "never open the door without an adult" We walked over to the door and said "hello?" And we heard a cough, her cough and she said "hey, we're here" in a weak voice like she was struggling to talk, we knew who it was. But that was the end. I can imagine we opened it and acted like everything was fine, I wouldve.

Seeing old people makes me sad sometimes.

(dumb) theories I thought of

1. Jim saved himself from the darklands.

Dic saw candy with KIC written on it. That phrase wouldn’t have been a thing if Jim never got the necklace. The necklace was given to him by Draal. Draal lived because Jim spared his life. If Jim never spared his life, none of that would have happened and Dic wouldn’t have seen any evidence to Jim being spoken to, thus not stopping Gunmar from killing him

2. Nomura caused the eternal night

Kanjigar said that they needed to do everything exactly as planned to save Jim and prevent Gunmar from escaping. This was one fate seen. He specifically said only Jim. If they didn’t take the time saving Nomura, then Gunmar would have never gotten out and so nothing forward from that moment would have happened

3. Usurna wanted the bridge pieces in the ocean so should go fix it

She worked for Gunmar, right? only way to get him out was through the bridge. Only kruberas could survive the pressures of the deepest parts of the world. Retrieving the pieces would have been difficult but not impossible. She could have grabbed it, fixed it, and then…Idk, something involving the amulet

(well those are the thoughts i had. Probably mean nothing but eh, why not say them? =p)
