What type of blender do you use for smoothie bowls?
I have a Blendtec that I use at home, but I’ve also used blenders that are less powerful and have less horsepower to make smoothie bowls too. You’ll just need a big more liquid and maybe let your frozen fruits defrost a little so they aren’t so hard on the blender.
Energy date balls - choc, pb + almond / cashew, coconut, orange + tahini / black sesame + raspberry (GF, RSF, VGN)

you're missing key nutrients as a faux herbivore. nutrients that will lead to health problems. this is why a healthy diet has meat and fish at its center.
Well, that’s strange because the American Dietetic Association tells us that that “appropriately planned vegetarian diets, including total vegetarian or vegan diets, are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases.” The National Health Service has advised vegans that “with good planning and an understanding of what makes up a healthy, balanced vegan diet, you can get all the nutrients your body needs.” It is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that “appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate and may provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases.”
No offence, but I’ll probably go ahead and heed the peer-reviewed and research backed findings of the three most authoritative nutrition organisations on the planet over your unexplained, unjustified and wholly uninformed opinion. Thanks for the faux concern though.
