@veilguard-tournament
This is how the Veilguard location tournament will run:
The first round will be a group stage. There will be eight groups of usually three locations competing against each other. In each group only one location will advance to the next round. Starting in round 2 we will have the usual 1 vs 1 matches.
I'm currently working on cueing up the first few matches so that we can start the tournament tomorrow. I look forward to seeing y'all vote again!
Submissions are now closed! It'll likely take me a couple days to cue up the posts, will keep you guys posted.

Upcoming Tournament
Hey guys! Once again thank you all so much for participating in the character tournament, I had a bunch of fun!
I would like to keep running tournaments here, so in the following I'm pitching a few ideas for our next tournament:
Best Ship
This would require a bunch of submissions from you guys to actually work. Anything would be possible to be submitted so long as it had a Veilguard character, so anything from Dorian x Iron Bull x Emmrich to Evka x Antoine would be fair game.
Losers' Bracket
This would be a tournament where we try to find the most popular out of all the losers from round 1 of the character tournament. A tournament to celebrate our underrated faves!
Best Side Character
This would also be a popularity contest, only it would include all the characters from the character tournament except for the companions.
Best Location
Mini-tournament on what's your favourite place in Veilguard.
Favourite Antagonist
Mini-tournament on who do we all love to hate the most.

Propaganda: It's Davrin all the way for me. Without getting into spoiler content, I just find him such a refreshing character. A black dalish elf who used to be a sensitive boy and still has a soft side, while also being a Grey Warden warrior and never shying away from his duty. He's also like canonically a dilf in the game to the greatest kid of all aka Assan and a smooth as hell romance. I love him so much.

Propaganda: Bellara needs way more love than she gets. She is so smart with shaky confidence in her skills. Discovery and learning mean so much to her, but not as much as family and friends. She is such a fangirl. She loves reading and always hopes for a happy ending, even if she's not sure she deserves one herself.

Lace Harding
Propaganda: Harding is such an important character to the story of the game. She was there since the beginning and it is her that brings together so many of Rook's allies. She is kind and compassionate and, despite everything, she is willing to give Solas a chance, she wants to try to save him from himself. But this kindness and compassion isn't weakness. She is willing to threaten Lucanis, an assassin and an abomination, in case he proves a danger to anyone, and later, she apologizes for it. Her story tackles the dangers of trying to please too many people and not allowing yourself to be angry, while also adding another layer to the complex themes of past wrongs and whether the people of today should bear those sins or not. Whatever you end up choosing for her quest, she is able to conquer the memories and will of a Titan and move forward as something new.
