hi!! im thinking of changing the layout of my tumblr and doing a whole kind of revamp!
ive been going through a giant shift in fashion styles and just like a whole aesthetic shift so i wanted to show it on the blr as well
it kind of went to like the basic pink coquette to now ive been feeling a more alt/dark coquette but with reds blacks and still some pinks as well though. but something that i think will definitely stay with me throught all my style changes are definitely bows and ribbbons, i actually love them sm
i just need to look for a lot of pics on pinterest and all for my pfp and all that and hopefully this revamp shld be done soon!!
🕊️ The Story of Amani and Her Children: Mohammad (17), Moath (14), and Habiba (10)
"Everything collapsed… and we were left alone under the ashes."
My name is Amani, and I’m a mother of three: Mohammad (17), Moath (14), and Habiba (10).
We used to live in a small home in northern Gaza. It wasn’t fancy, but it was filled with love, memories, and safety.
One day during the war, everything changed.
There was a loud explosion… then screams… then silence. When the dust settled, our home was gone.
Everything we owned — clothes, family photos, Mohammad’s school books, Habiba’s favorite doll — was buried under the rubble.
We fled with nothing but the clothes on our backs.
Since then, we've been living in a tent, exposed to the cold, the heat, the fear, and the hunger.
💔 “Mom, when will we go back home?” Mohammad asked me.
I have no answer… because there is no home to return to.
Mohammad, at 17, should be finishing school, but he had to stop because we can't afford even a notebook.
Moath, 14, is deeply traumatized. He barely sleeps at night.
Habiba, only 10, has forgotten what it feels like to sleep in a real bed.
💢 Life became a daily struggle:
We often sleep hungry.
There's no medicine when my children get sick.
I have no job, no support, and no future in sight.
All I have now… is my voice.
🙏 Please, help us survive.
We don’t ask for much — only for the chance to live with dignity.
Your donation — no matter how small — could:
Provide food, blankets, or clean water.
Help Mohammad return to school.
Give Habiba a reason to smile again.
🕊️ Save Amani and her children
You can help rebuild a life destroyed by war.
Your kindness can bring hope to a family lost in the darkness.
"fiyero looks so chopped as the scarecrow 🥀" so tell me how the FUCK does it feel to miss the point as if it wasnt barreling straight at you like a GODDAMN BUS
november’s honestly one of my fave months… it’s like that soft space between chaos and winter, everyone’s slowing down but there’s still enough time to get things done. i’ve been sitting here just scribbling down lil goals i wanna keep up with this month. nothing huge, just those tiny things that make life feel more put together.
~ ♡ school stuff ♡ ~
go over my notes once a week so i’m not crying in december
pick ONE topic to fully master before finals (just one so i don’t overwhelm myself)
two solid study blocks each week. phone off, blanket on, maybe a soft playlist
try to finish one assignment early just to make future-me smile
~ ♡ cozy life things ♡ ~
clean my desk every sunday night (so monday feels less messy)
keep a blanket or cardigan right by my chair for study days
morning walks when it’s sunny. even 10 minutes feels so good
swap one coffee for herbal tea so i’m not jittery all day
~ ♡ personal little growth ♡ ~
read 20 pages of a book that’s not for school
journal once a week just about how i’m feeling (not tasks)
say no when i know something will drain me
try one new recipe or snack just for fun
~ ♡ mental care ♡ ~
one slow night a week. no work, no guilt
light a candle when i’m stressed and pretend it’s a reset button
write down 3 things i’m grateful for every sunday
keep a “wind down” playlist for nights when my brain won’t stop
~ ♡ my tiny secrets ♡ ~
i write my goals on cute sticky notes so they don’t feel boring
i stick them somewhere i’ll see every day (closet door works)
if i miss a goal, i just move it to the next day. no guilt allowed
i mark little “!!!” in my notebook when i finish something bc it’s way more fun
~ ♡ reminder ♡ ~
november doesn’t need to be about huge changes. it’s the small things. stacking mini wins until they quietly turn into something bigger. i just wanna make it intentional and cozy.
gentle hugs,
mindy x
p.s. tell me one little november goal you have… i’ll write mine on a sticky note for you too <3
