Introducing my Lordswap AU(s)! Basically just a shuffling of the characters' backstories, with a few details adjusted to keep Claude's heritage the same and Edelgard and Dimitri still step-siblings.

Some more details: - Their main weapons change too, so Alliance Dimitri is an archer, Empire Claude is an axe user, etc. - Edelgard is always the one who starts the war but it's not always against the church specifically - With the way noble titles seem to work in this universe, yes, Kingdom Edelgard will indeed become King Edelgard, which is rad - From the point where the war starts, the timeline would be DRASTICALLY different in each of these universes, but it still follows the rule that whatever side Byleth is on wins
