Hater and non-lifter are always the first to think that someone's on some sport enhancing drug. I had someone leave me a comment saying that my muscles will turn into fat when I when get older. Really? Pan-seared salmon over creamy mozzarella rice 🍴 Directions: Heat a large non-stick pan over high with olive oil. Liberally season salmon with salt and pepper. Place skin side down in pan and reduce heat to medium-low. Do not move fillets. Allow to cook about 7 minutes or until well browned and cooked about three quarters of the way through. Abs: I don't really do them since I engage those muscles when I do exercises such as squat and bench press, however, I do train them occasionally. I usually do various exercises ( to failure) in order to isolate them. I ultimately believe that in order to get your ab muscles to show, you must eat properly and include some form of cardio exercise in your training program. Exercise without maintaining a balanced meal plan to enhance muscle development, is like having a car without an engine; you get absolutely nowhere.

The Hamstrings: It consist of three main muscles -- biceps femoris, semitendinosus and semimembranosus -- extending from your sit-bones to your knees. These muscles are responsible for bending your knees. If they’re strong, you can jump high, run fast and accelerate with explosive power. With well-developed hamstrings, you can maintain good posture and prevent leg injuries. Strong hamstrings work to stabilize your hips and keep your spine properly aligned. Think of your skeleton system as a connected chain. If one link moves out of alignment, problems ripple throughout the chain. If your hamstrings are weak and tight, they’ll tug on your hips, tipping them forward, and compromise functional movement. A swayback posture can result in which your lower back arches and shoulders round. Your hamstrings also keep your knee and surrounding connective tissue in alignment.
