You mean to tell me we got an ACTUAL EXPLANATION for why Sammy’s family stopped talking to her and they CUT IT OUT??? I’ve been speculating on that for SO LONG and making shit up to try to explain it because “you don’t eat meat anymore, fuck you child that I used to love” felt so weird to me. But her refusal to use her settlement to help the farm actually makes so much sense for a relationship-ruining conflict!
